OYO Hotel Tulsa N Sheridan Rd & Airport

This hotel is not under the OYO management and if you book a room they will tell you when you get to the property that they won't honor it. Also a terrible location and plenty of sketchy people around and at this hotel.

The main thing you need to know about this property is they don’t have a receptionist at the desk for late arrivals. And because I booked through Expedia and prepaid, I didn’t have a way to address this issue and had to essentially scramble to find another hotel after being dropped off in a very unsafe area, where I wasn’t granted entry into the lobby. If you are a woman, I would definitely avoid staying at any of these hotels and I would specifically avoid OYO hotels completely. This is a very poorly run operation that should not be Rewarded but rather shut down.

The property wasnt the.property i paid for , apparently it was sold 3 weeks ago so it isnt even an oyo hitel any more . I had to pay for a seperate room because the hotel doesnt get the reseervatioms anymore ! I need a refund!

Well, at the truth be told I have not stayed there yet. Information that the YOY is not do I allow anymore, but yet you get my money and deserve the room and I've got nowhere.

Dirty and disgusting

Door locks did not work. Staff had to let us in. Pictures were significantly nicer than actual room. Looked like door had been kicked in and it was missing a safety lock. Holes I. The door looked like bullet holes.

It was ok until I checked out and tried to get my $30 deposit back. I could barely understand the woman that worked there but she said something about the size of the bed being the reason she kept the $30!!
That's just crazy. My wife convinced me to just leave because I could get nowhere with this weird woman. She stole my $30 deposit.

Not even a 3'star experience if you want my opinion. There was standing water in the bathroom sink and I was told they would send a maintenance person to fix it immediately but nobody ever showed. I repaired

The hotel is a dump. Looks nothing like the pictures.

The lady at frontdesk was okay she's the only one,but rooms nasty,workers rude, unsafe room was filled with bugs.....then I got excused for smoking in a room that had cigarettes burns everywhere!!!!
I will never stay at oyo or recommend it to NOONE!!!!!!!

Terrible

No smoke alarm. Missing light bulbs. Missing light fixtures. Missing towel bar and hair dryer. Toilet nearly falling off. No hot water in the morning. First sized hole in wall by door. No cable service or antenna reception. Mold. Floors in poor shape. I am sure I missed a few things. This place could not pass an inspection.

Property Review: The Worst Motel Stay of My Life

I wouldn’t recommend this motel to my worst enemy. From the moment I stepped into the room, it was clear this place had been neglected for years. Here’s what I experienced:

Infested with pests: The room was crawling with roaches and bed bugs. I couldn’t sleep without the fear of being bitten or waking up with bugs on me.

Disrepair everywhere: There were holes in the walls, graffiti scrawled everywhere, and broken fixtures that made the room feel unsafe and unwelcoming.

Mold and filth: Mold was visible in every corner—on the walls, ceiling, and even the bathroom. The floors were filthy and sticky, making it impossible to walk barefoot.

Safety concerns: The fire alarm was broken, and there were bars outside the windows, which only added to the claustrophobic and unsafe atmosphere.

Noise issues: Loud, disruptive people were outside my room, making it impossible to rest. It felt more like a chaotic nightmare than a motel stay.


This place should not be operating. It was a health and safety hazard, and I regret spending even a moment there. Avoid this motel at all costs. It’s better to sleep in your car or under the stars than to subject yourself to this nightmare.


I had to leave the room and book a hotel somewhere else and the front desk person refused to give me a refund.

It was horrible. I had roaches crawling on me the room stunk. There are hole in the wall holes in baseboard. I don’t know why Hotels.com has him on their website. They really should be removed.

Horrible service

This was by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Everything I'm about to write I have picture evidence of. When I arrived at the hotel it was approx. 4pm, office was closed and locked up. After several minutes a clerk finally came to the door. Got card and went to room. The door too the room looks like it was attacked with a hatchet or something. Big gashes in the door. Inside the room I found a desk that also looked like someone tried to chop it up for the firewood. The chair in the room had a big hole in it, 2 actually. Couldn't be sat in. There was a light fixture above our heads in the wall that was barely holding on and it was broke with sharp edges. If had fallen would have caused some pretty serious injuries. The light an fan switch for the bathroom was pushed into wall and there was a big hold in the wall where bathroom door was pushed in. The toilet would not flush and when wife went to take shower a cockroach fell out of the shower curtain into the tub. This place was really really bad and if I could give it less than one star I would. This makes me consider not using expedia again. I've used other apps and never gotten this poor quality of rooms. And on top of everything this place made me give them a 50.00 deposit that I have not received back.
