I wouldn’t recommend this place to a roach

There were bugs, crawling on the headboard and the sheets and the pillowcases were dirty. There were people walking in and out selling illegal drugs.

I should have chosen another hotel.
Pros:

The location is wonderful. It’s in the heart of downtown Memphis, so everything is close by it. It is also right by the expressway.

Cons:

The first two rooms were dirty, so I had to get a third. I saw rats and roaches. No ice machine. No microwave. No cups or plastic spoons. Horrible customer service. No tv in room and no WiFi.

Got what I paid for. It worked in a pinch, which was exactly the situation I was in.
Pros:

The bed was comfy. The room was very spacious. The room was cheap.

Cons:

I was not made aware that the $50 security deposit had to be cash, and the atm in the motel was broken. So I had to walk somewhere else to find an atm. The floors and surfaces of the room were dirty, and the room is extremely minimal and sketchy. I wish there was a picture of it online. But they only show their nicer rooms online in the pictures. Single room does not look like that at all. The location felt a little sketch too, I would not have wanted to stay there more than a day, especially since I was traveling alone. I was also not given WiFi.

The manager and staff wasn’t helpful and my stay was brutal

It wasn’t much to like, I had to get a new room in order to be comfortable

Cons:

When I first made it to the room, my air conditioner wasn’t working, it had a bad odor in the room and BIG RATS was roaming around like they booked a room the week
