Pros:

The room was nice clean and cool. It was modern with a smart TV which was nice.

Cons:

We reserved a king suite which they only have on the second floor but this facility does not have an elevator and no where does it say that so we ended up down grading to a double queen room which we could get a wheelchair to but they did not give us any mo ey back we still paid the full king suite price for the small room.

Great location, disappointing room cleanliness.
Pros:

We liked the location right off the highway and lots to eat nearby

Cons:

The rooms were kind of dirty. When we got our room the smoke detector was off the wall sitting on the bedside table, the floors were kind like slimy and sticky just felt kind of dirty.

HORRIBLE ALL AROUND
Pros:

Nothing, the pictures are deceiving, it looks horrible in person

Cons:

Our rooms were dirty, bugs on the floors, black and yellow stains on the covers, the shower leaked everywhere, smelled like mold/mildew, the floors tiles were coming up, not worth the price, when we went to the front to get a refund we were told we had to contact the manager which was not there, emailed manager still waiting on a response to get our monies back, we had to go elsewhere, would never recommend to anyone, not worth the $265 plus per room we still have a hold on in our bank account.

Great highway location, but cleanliness and room condition need improvemen
Pros:

Convenient location right off the highway, making it easy to stop for the night and get back on the road quickly. Pet-friendly and easy access to parking.

Cons:

The first room had yellow stains on the bedding, which was concerning. The room also had a noticeable odor, and we encountered bugs. When I reported the issues, the staff immediately knew what I was referring to and mentioned they had been having problems with stained sheets and odors in rooms near the pool. While they did move us to another room, the condition of the original room was disappointing.

It was decent for an over night stay. The bed was very comfortable.
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The bathroom was very small. The toilets were small. The pictures made the place look like a good rating hotel, very deceiving. It looked like someone tried breaking in our room at one time. In the morning there was a roach in the bathroom.
