Beds were very comfy and the sheets were clean and the breakfast area was good. It's a nice location since its quiet.
The room floor was reallt dirty you couldn't even walk on it without your feet gettinf dirty. The bathroom was dirty as-well including the fan and door it seemed to have yellow stains on it.

Location
No elevator
When they recently remodeled, they installed showers in the tubs that are hard to reach. The door only slides at the rear. In order to turn the shower on or adjust the temp, you have to actually enter the shower.
Quick check in.
The floor was covered in a film of some sort, left extreme residue on our feet and hands. There were empty soap body wash and shampoo bottles like they hadnt been replaced in a long time and the lady at the front desk was very short and gave very little details to my questions like she was in a hurry to get me out of the reception area so she could with her boyfriend.
Ease of location
I didn't particularly care for the location. Any La Quinta I have stayed at in the past, the rooms are accessible from inside the hotel, not the outside.
The front desk clerk was wonderful, as always. The room was clean. Love the new large, refillable bottles of toiletries in the shower (bodywash, shampoo, and conditioner) and sink (handwash, don't remember the other).

The people at the front desk were plesant
The room wasn't up to the same standards as the other LaQuinta's we stayed at last week! Very strong bleach smell in the room, walls with patched holes, bed was not very comfortable and the whole area outside of our room was full of trash all along the walkways. The room was not refundable or we would have definitely left and went to the much nicer LaQuinta down the road. The pictures of this one were very deceiving online! Won't be staying there again!

The bathroom was small and poorly repaired

It was quick and easy with the check in process
And the staff was nice and friendly
The floors were dirty and the bathroom was very small and hard to get into the shower because of how it was set up.
And being next to a area were dogs did their business outside and it smelt horrible going out of the room in the morning
