Poor communication, terrible breakfast, homeless issues,
Pros:

For the most part the staff was really rude. I will not be staying there ever again!!! There were homeless people that was coming in stealing the breakfast items. Breakfast consisted of cereal!!!😡😡😡😡

Cons:

The front entrance!! The only decent part of the hotel was the front entrance. Then once you stay there you will regret it.

Quarto estava IMUNDO. No banheiro tinha inúmeros cabelos, tanto no vaso sanitário quanto no chuveiro, além de sujeira. No chão cheio de poeira e cabelo. A ponto que não quis andar nem se quer de meia.
Outro problema imenso é a insegurança. Inúmeros hóspedes usuários droga ficam se drogando na porta dos quartos. Assim como havia traficante no estacionamento. Perguntei sobre a segurança do local para o funcionário, e o mesmo orientou a “dar uma olhada na janela, antes de pegar suas malas no carro” piada isso. Pegue a acomodação de ultima hora, para poder pegar meu voou no dia seguinte. Péssima decisão, péssima escolha. Extremamente decepcionante.

My stay was the worst hotel experience of my life—dirty, unsafe, and completely mismanaged

I had the worst hotel experience of my life at this property.
• The room was extremely dirty: the table, sink, and nightstand were filthy, and the linens were not clean, with an unpleasant odor.
• No towels were provided, and the unit had cockroaches crawling on the walls.
• The entire room reeked of cigarette smoke.
• Basic amenities were missing or broken: no microwave, a broken TV, and a chair that smelled of urine.
• Lighting was inadequate—there was no working light in the unit, and the only way to illuminate the room was by opening the toilet door and turning on its light.
The front desk staff only handed me a key at check-in. When I called for help, no one responded. There was no manager available, and no assistance was offered for any of these issues.
This was a complete waste of money, and I honestly don’t understand how this hotel is still allowed to operate in Austin. I strongly advise others not to stay here, and I hope city authorities conduct a follow-up inspection.

Wouldn’t recommend even on a budget. Just a waste of money
Pros:

Only thing i liked is that i chose the right room. The other room i booked had no micro or fridge or blow dryer broken wall mirror and the room had previously been broken into

Cons:

Everything random boogers and nasty sticky stuff in the restroom on my dresser the person was so rude to me threatening to give my room away because i went to get my physical card inside of my car. People where just standing outside the room walking around very suspiciously. Just a terrible stay over all it felt truly unsafe

It was a horrible experience.

Cons:

The area was horrible. People were loud outside. The staff wasn't very helpful. The rooms were dirty and reeked of pee, and I had to ask for a refund, and they never let me speak with a manager. Then when I told them about the bed smelling horrible they wanted me to stay there till the next day and I refused. I had to book somewhere else the same day because the hotel was not up to par.
