It was our first time going to Austin and we just need somewhere to stay the night and everyone was super nice and frien
Pros:

The front desk receptionist was very nice and made us feel welcome. The security guard was amazing as well.

Cons:

Nothing, we loved everything.

Near everything downtown and comfortable rooms
Pros:

This was my second year returning to La Quinta. I stayed a week and it was great 👍 I had small issues with a few front desk, one didn’t want to change my room to downstairs and another didn’t let me take my free coffee and toast to my room. But the Owner is a sweet lady and easy to talk to and my was changed to a comfortable down stairs room 😊 that was much easier on my sciatica 🙂

Cons:

Security man knocked on my door at 4:00 am to tell me my window was cracked open a bit 😳

My ac was not working so the first night i couldn't sleep since it was hot plus one of the lady at the front desk that start working in the morning on Monday was mean.

Eric the front desk person, the loud drunk people in the pool before it is open at 7 am, the rudeness of the staff, the wet towels left on the floor all day and garbage from dinner left in room - not good at all

Pros:

The location was great and it was easy to get to the Moody center and other locations around Austin.

Cons:

The bathroom was NOT clean. There is no was the cleaner touched the toilet before we checked in. There was poop and streaks of additional poop in the toilet. Hair and not head hair on the floor and the towels. We decided we would be cleaner not showing.
