Das Servicepersonal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Teile des Hotels sind dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Unser Zimmer war sauber, aber: schwarze Fugen (Schimmel??) im Bad, deutlich abgestossene Möbel und Türen, verschlissene Polster und ein undefinierbarer Teppichboden...alles eines Vier-Sterne-Hauses unwürdig!
Die beworbene Hotelbar hatte geschlossen. Warum? Der "Kiosk" im Hof hatte nur eine sehr eingeschränkte Auswahl. Egal was bestellt wurde, die Antwort lautete:"das haben wir hier unten nicht, ist nur in der Hotelbar vorhanden." Aber die hatte ja geschlossen...
