Pros:

Older building but well kept. ALL Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, waffles 🧇, eggs, b'fast meat, etc. Dining room large and clean. I could go on but I'm not good @ typing.

Cons:

A LOT OF POT HOLES FROM LARGE TRUCKS in back parking area (it's for trucks) so o o!

We had a comfortable bed but hotel in general was not clean.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. It was in a good location for us.

Cons:

The ice machine on our floor was broken. The carpet in our room and the bathroom floor was not clean. The carpet in hallway was not clean.

The Customer Customer Care was really well and they were very nice.

If they could’ve focused more on cleanliness and making sure the facilities were up to code, I think that it would have been more exceptional.

Needs some updating
Pros:

The location was great for where we needed to be.

Cons:

The beds are too high. And the toilets are too short. The tub had hair in it. The doors are all jammed making it loud when people have to open and close their doors. Its uncomfortable not having night stands on both sides of the bed. And there was no ice machine on our floor.

Cons:

Pictures listed of the site were 100% false and misleading of that facility. It was filthy and old. And not to mention filled with illegal activity that we saw first hand. If I would have had more money we would have definitely moved but figured we could stick it out for one night since we didn't have to take showers or bath. I would be surprised if it did not have bug begs. Linens had burnt holes all in them. Had to get fragrance spray from house keeper just to be able to walk in the room because the smell was horrific. I would not let my dog stay in that facility

Cons:

Not as pictured. Definitely outdated and ran down. The sheets were clean.... the whole place needs an update starting with the bathrooms... they looks so bad I couldn't tell if it was dirty or the finished were all scraped and worn.
