Ontbijt wel redelijk uitgebreid, werd alleen niet echt goed bijgevuld, jammer genoeg waren er geen bagels, maar het met kraanwater aangelengde cranberrysap uit de automaat is echt niet ok !!

This was a very disappointing stay. Photos are not representative of property. Rooms are very unclean
Pros:

The front desk and housekeeping staff were kind and helpful.

Cons:

Photos do NOT match property at all. Very poorly-kept. Our bathroom door frame had blood splatters all over it. Had to jump through hoops to get tv remotes for our rooms. Not enough towels and clean ones unavailable.

Kindness at first then the second front desk girl thought I was homeless

Cons:

Awful customer service 2nd front desk girl stated I couldn't even buy a bottle of water. Awful disgusting people in such a beautiful sacred ground.

Pros:

The staff

Cons:

My first room hand multiple trails of ants on the walls. And I did not bring food in the hotel. The staff quickly changed my room but the entire hotel was bug infested. In my new room, bugs came out of the sink drain. I saw roaches in the hallway I did not feel comfortable there.
