Gentilissimo lo staff, ambiente pulito e piscina termale in condizioni perfette.
Posizione molto comoda per fermata del bus proprio a due passi.
Possibilità di raggiungere il lungomare e il centro con una breve passeggiata.
Non mi è piaciuta nulla, un disagio assurdo senza considerare che avevamo una neonata e ci hanno dato la camera più in basso, per ogni spostamento dovevamo fare circa 100 scalini. Camere sporche! Disagio assurdo!

The view and the location. The staff is very nice.

The staff were incredibly unfriendly and cold. Had an extremely uncomfortable bed which they reluctantly changed for us.

The hotel is well positioned on the road from Ischia Porto to Casamicciola Terme, with a bus stop right in front of it. The view from the room was incredible, the beds were very comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the size of the room was ok, they cleaned the room once a day, the breakfast was good and the coffee excellent. We liked the shop with fruits right next door from the hotel, we enjoyed the pool area which was very nice, clean, great views and we also enjoyed the fact that there is a wonderful thermal park just a few steps down from the hotel.
The hotel has no permanent restaurant, they only make and serve breakfast and some snacks, but only up to a certain time, and also there is no other option for eating out in the close proximity, you have to walk 20-30 minutes or drive/take the bus. The furniture in the room, as well as the shower and the AC were a bit dated.
