The staff were all very nice and helpful with anything we needed. They worked really hard to keep the common area of the hotel clean.

Cons:

Our room bathroom specifically was extremely dirty. I can handle stuff not being super updated but not clean is another. The shower head was not clean, all around the shampoo, conditioner, soap bottles on the shower wall was filthy. There was a fan of some sort on the ceiling in the bathroom that probably hadn't been used in years and it was completely covered in thick dust. Along the edges of the floor was hair and dirt. The room itself bedding, floors etc seemed clean but a clean bathroom is also a necessity. One of the beds had a good mattress, the other did not with a noticeable dip in the middle of the bed that made it very uncomfortable, I am guessing a pretty old mattress to form that much of a dip in the middle.
