Courtnay, did an excellent job cleaning the room before my arrival! Nice to walk into a room that smells clean and looks clean. I stay in several hotels and they are not to my standards. This one is!

Bathrooms could use an exhaust fan.
The room was great and clean. I was headed down to ask for more towels but ran into the housekeeping manager (I believe her name was Ashley) it didn’t take her but a minute to bring me towels and asked if we needed anything else ( we was only there for a night) good job on the friendly staff, a smiling face does go a long way

Nothing really.
The cold shower. The dingy bathroom with the sink falling off the wall and the shelf in the shower falling off. The dark tile was weird. The bathroom door was missing a handle. The lack of a bathroom fan. It was just gross.

This is a great location when you want to attend a football or basketball game. The front desk staff were helpful during our check in and with giving us information for activities. I was impressed by the comfort of the bed and choice of pillows.
As someone who lives in Brown County but works in B-Town, when state road 46 gets snowed in, Hampton is my go to! Michael and Rachel are great and friendly everytime I come in! The rooms are great and the break is nice for a quick grab and go before work!

The hotel was in a very convenient location. It was clean and staff were very friendly. Thank you to Krupal for giving us a late check out at the last minute so we could spend more time with our son. He was very accommodating.
I was very disappointed with the cleanliness and overall condition of this hotel. The room had a strong, unpleasant odor—almost like someone had been cooking inside. When I tried to adjust the fan speed on the furnace/AC unit, I found a dead bug inside the compartment, and another one on the bathroom floor.
There were clear signs of water damage, including a sagging ceiling and peeling paint. The toiletries appeared untouched and unsanitary, with crusty residue on the ends. Most concerning was the black mold visible in the caulking around the sink and shower.
If cleanliness and upkeep are important to you, I would not recommend staying here.
