You saying a breakfast is included, that implies a cooked breakfast but it's not thru booking.com., it's only a Continental breakfast. This is VERY misleading BUT apparently if you book directly with the hotel it IS included.
Also car parking fee is a rip off.

The reception staff and restaurant staff were all lovely freindly and helpful - My first 3 days there was a lady who may have been the chef with grey hair who made me feel very welcomed
