My son and I had a very enjoyable time.

Cons:

pillows were bad, didn't match the comfort and quality of the bed - shame. Shower was built for people under 5 foot.

Staff were so engaged and there. Lovely to deal with and can actually speak to people…not just one of them, but all that

The staff were awesome!!

Cons:

The room I was in 402, there was a continuous banging of some sort. Not repetitious in nature but continuous through the night and morning.
At first I thought another room was just having a good shag…but as it continues through the whole night and first thing in the morning….well nobody can last that long.
M colleague who was on the 3rd floor said the same thing. I asked if he was near the elevator, thinking maybe it could be that and he said No.
Maybe plumbing???

Plus I’m not 100% sure but my room smelled like a deep fryer.. not sure if that’s the kitchen fan that you see when you look outside the window down to the next floor.

Overall my stay was very enjoyable.
Pros:

The room was comfortable and breakfast was very good. I didn't have any other meals at the hotel.

Cons:

Aircon was noisy, and the room was too warm without using the aircon to cool it.

Nice room, great view from room, great location.
Pros:

Great location, tidy and comfortable.

Cons:

The step into the shower, shower rose was too short, lighting was very poor in shower, could not turn on tap in shower without getting wet.
