Das ganze Haus ist völlig heruntergekommen, nicht gewartet und kaputt. Der Pool im Garten - riesengroß, aber nicht zu nutzen, da die Umwälzpumpe kaputt sei. Überall platzen Kacheln oder sonstige Wandverkleidung ab oder sind notdürftig geflickt. Wir waren bei der Abreise die einzigen Hausgäste. Frühstück dürftig.

La posizione è ottima per chi vuole visitare il centro della Sicilia. La struttura è grande e le camere comode.

Il servizio colazione lasciava a desiderare. Era presente il minimo indispensabile e il servizio assente.

Not a 4* Hotel and facilities are not as advertised. Very disappointing stay, but convenient.

The parking and convenience of the location.

Cons:

This is not a 4 star hotel. This is a wedding/conference centre with rooms. The focus during our stay was on setting up for another conference and not the hotel guests. The facilities that are advertised are not available, not unless you like swimming in green water. They will provide food, but there was no normal restaurant service during our stay. The breakfast was adequate.

Pros:

The location is good . The girl behind the front desk was ok.

Cons:

No facility available ( at least they did not show us any)
Not even 1 bottle of water is available in the room although there is a fridge in the room
Breakfast don't even try it. Two pieces of montadella ham , few yogurts, few cereal, and slice of bread . Not even the toaster to toast the bread. . The lift was not working , although we were in the first floor my brother who was with me and has a small disability found it hard.

Cons:

El ascensor no funcionaba, no tuvimos agua caliente, nos tuvimos que duchar con agua fría. El colchón lleno de bultos, sabanas muy malas 1El desayuno dejaba mucho que desear, solo zumo de piña imbebible, lonchas de jamón muy malo, y tranchetes de queso. No habia más huéspedes que nosotros, y no me extraña. Pagamos 110 euros, un timo.

Mi dispiace ma non ci tornerò,spero facciano manutenzione perché è un vero peccato.

La posizione sicuramente è una cosa positiva,in soli 6/7min di auto si arriva nel centro città.
Struttura molto grande.

Cons:

Beh tante cose non andavano.
1-Piscina per bambini inutilizzabile perché sporca;e data la profondità di quella principale è stato un bel problema.
2-La manutenzione delle camere e degli spazi lascia molto a desiderare.
3-Colazione scarna.
4-C'e la possibilità di giocare a biliardo nella hall ma....mancano le palline e quindi dei due tavoli a disposizione può giocare solo uno.
5-Wifi solo negli spazi comuni
6-Avevamo la camera "comunicante" con un'altra stanza(separate da una porta chiusa a chiave) e sentivamo tutto ciò che accadeva nella stanza adiacente,spesso fino anche a tarda sera,proprio non c era la privacy minima.
