This hotel with a total view of an electrical substation was less than electrifying.
Pros:

There was nothing good about this hotel. Boom boxes were allowed, marijuana being smoked at poolside next to office, the walkways to your room were dirty with food and soda that got into your room even after four days it was still there.

Cons:

We did not feel safe at this hotel. Cameras were incorporated but a cars window was smashed out and robbed. Emergency firefighters came at least two of the days for overdoses. The rooms were repulsive. We were forced into cancellation fees is why we did not leave. The place is a nightmare for sure. Picture online do not represent actual conditions.

Great location for airport access, very clean room and friendly service.
Pros:

Location was great for my early flight out of John Wayne Airport. It took me about 10 minutes to get to the airport in the morning. Free parking and breakfast are nice bonuses. Unfortunately I overslept, so I didn't get to try the breakfast.
The room and bathroom were very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The staff I encountered at check in and check out were very friendly.

Cons:

Parking was a little tight, but there were enough spaces to still park close to the lobby late at night. Don't really have negative things to say, the experience was smooth and just what I needed for my purposes of being close to the airport for an early flight.

Nice hotel, good location.
Pros:

We requested to change our room because of the airconditioning which was promptly accomodated. The room and linen were clean, beds comfortable, continental breakfast spread typical. I liked the waffles which always came in 2 flavors - original and in fruit flavor. I also liked the location, quiet.

Cons:

We requested for a late checkout until 1:00 pm but were only given until 12:30 pm.

Pros:

This is my go-to when visiting Orange County, central to every place I need to go. The breakfast buffet every morning is always good and the staff is great.

That the valué in price was good

Cons:

The sheets were dirty and the floor was filthy very gross. And when called and told the front desk Betsy was very rude. I’ve stayed there numerous times and never had that experience.

I would stay there again. 4 minutes from our son's place
Pros:

The breakfast has a great variety. We love the convenience of it. Coffee available 24/7 is the best.

Cons:

The bathroom door didn't stay open & the fan didn't really do its job.
