Had it not been for the front desk and bar staff I wouldn’t have enjoyed our stay as much.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property was close to the beach and the rooms were fairly spacious.

Cons:

The carpets were stained, the breakfast staff were rude, we weren’t informed about all of the breakfast options available, the pool is much smaller than the online photos suggest, and the rooms remind me of a motel rather than hotel.

We spent a few days at Pismo Beach with a drive along the beach in our Jeep.
Pros:

We liked the two room feature separating the bedroom from the living room

Cons:

We were unable to enjoy the pool as it was fairly small with a lot of kids.

Very nice hotel with comfortable rooms, facilities and breakfast. Good location but a little loud.
Pros:

The rooms were very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Beds were very comfortable, room was spacious, there was a mini fridge and microwave and table which were all very convenient. The breakfast was quite nice and complete and while we didn't have time to use the pool that and the other facilities looked very nice, modern and clean. They also had a free cocktail happy hour which was a nice touch even though we didn't have the chance to partake. The location is pretty convenient close to lots of local attractions.

Cons:

My only real complaint is how close it is to the freeway. Unfortunately my room faced the freeway so it was very loud at night, especially when it was a little stuffy and I had to open the balcony door. My only other complaint is that while the shower was really nice and modern, it was very convoluted and almost impossible to figure out how to use.

Pros:

L’emplacement et le cadre sont très chouettes. Le confort est aussi au rendez vous avec des chambres spacieuses…

Cons:

Chambre réservée pour 4 mais le deuxième lit non fait et sans drap ni couette présents. Autre point négatif, le petit déjeuner. Servi jusqu’à 9h, à partir de 8h30, il n’y a plus rien: plus de pain de mie ni bagels, plus de yaourt non plus. Résultat une attente gigantesque pour faire des gaufres. De même, les œufs et les steaks ne sont pas en self service et la personne qui sert n’est ni généreuse ni souriante… On sent une vraie volonté de limiter les quantités servies qui sont nettement insuffisantes par rapport au nombre de personnes. Idem pour le nombre de places assises disponibles… plein de personnes emportaient leur plateau dans leur chambre. C’est dommage car pour nous le petit déjeuner est un vrai plus et là c’est franchement raté.

Amazing
Pros:

This is my 2nd time staying here and i loved it the first time years ago. Now that the rooms were updated i love them even more! Since the last time I stayed it was new that they give each person 21+ a coupon for complementary alcohol drink before 7:30pm aside from there breakfast voucher. I really liked that, and the food for breakfast was delicious and it’s included with the stay. I look forward to staying here again the next time we come to the beach.

Cons:

Only issue we had with the room was the shower mat was not it. My mom actually slipped because how slippery it was in the tub even with the mat on the floor. They should probably put better shower mats or update the tubs with the grooves to avoid that. Because honestly it could’ve ended up badly. But aside from that everything else was great!

Pros:

We loved our 2 night stay. Staff & housekeeping were extremely kind, informative & friendly. My only concern was not having daily housekeeping but if I needed anything, it was immediately taken care of. We will definitely be back!

Pros:

In pismo beach my room was clean. The young man at the front desk was very nice but he failed to give me important information. I was not told the hours of breakfast so when I went to get it I found out they stop serving at 9:00. Bummer since I looked for a hotel that serves breakfast. I also was not given WiFi. Information.

Noisy, not soundproof.
Pros:

The internet was BAD. Kept cutting off. Couldn't get my work done. The rooms near the freeway are not quiet. Traffic noise, really loud AC, kids upstairs stomping around. BAD sleep in spite of the nice soft beds. It has a cool resort-y look, but lots of kids. The evening free drink and snacks is nice.
The room rate was double when we tried to extend, and those rooms were NOT worth that, so we moved.
It actually turned out good that we had to move, as there were better, quieter rooms nearby at Hampton Inn and Suites Arroyo Grande, and we got good sleep there.

Decent place to stay, but needs updates
Pros:

We appreciated the more spacious sitting area, but the room needs updating. Also, breakfast included was a bonus, which we loved, but should be available until 10am since checkout is at 11. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
