Very dated place, smelly, lacks maintenance
Pros:

Nothing at that place deserves a Hilton name

Cons:

Dirty room carpet, only one elevator working for guests filled 12 stories up. One very dim.light in the bathroom. Be aware, hotel tacks on marketing fee which was never disclosed. Very bad hotel. I would never stay there again

Great hotel stay!
Pros:

Spaciousness of hotel lobby. Like the fact you have dining and breakfast on site.
Great customer service.

Cons:

Pros:

Clean. They have netflix which is nice, sometimes hotels only have cable.

Cons:

Price gauged really hard for Aftershock festival, I paid nearly $400 for one night for a room that should've been around $200-$250 a night max.

Cons:

Train staff to acts as a representative of Hilton. During breakfast the waiters are rude when placing orders from the menu.

The customer service was good. The facility itself was old. It is located adjacent to a junkyard with a large homeless p

It was a short drive to the friend I was visiting.

Cons:

My first room didn’t have a working AC. They couldn’t move me that night but did provide a box fan. The second room the shower cut in and off on the first day. I was initially charged both through booking and on my credit card. That additional charge was removed after a several requests.
