Cons:

The Hot tub was out of order, we had to ask to be able to use the pool as there was a sign on the door that it was closed. The blow dryer shorted out and threw sparks when we tried to use it.

Wouldn't beat the water view in downtown.
Pros:

Nice room bedroom, bathroom could use some cosmetic repair. Great view of canal.

The place needs major work, and better staff.

The location maybe. But it was 1 block away from the strip club. It was right of the interstate and easy to find.

Cons:

The room was not worth the price we paid. It was a 50.00 dollar room at best. Bed was substandard, marks on the wall, fixtures were in bad shape and slanted. We asked for an extra bed, the sone springs were broke. We asked for an extra pillow,they did not want to give us one. Gave us a rolled blaket instead for a replacement. Asked for 4 extra towels, they did not want to give us that either. Said the 2 we were given was enough. Plus, woke up to a roach on the wall, wich i killed. We were very disappointed.

Total waste of money
Pros:

Gross and smelled

Cons:

The hotel was gross and smelled, the hot tub was green and pool area smelled I wouldn't even let my kids swim. I couldn't even stay there I went and stayed at a different hotel. I will never book through booking.com again and definitely not refer this hotel to anyone.
