Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel für einen Städtetrip, sehr zentral gelegen. Die Zimmer waren sehr großzügig.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist noch ausbaufähig, entspricht nicht ganz dem Standard eines 5 Sterne Hotels.

Das Gebäude des Hotels ist beeindruckend. Das Zimmer war hervorragend ausgestattet und das Bett sehr bequem. Das Personal ist freundlich.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war vom Umfang und Qualität für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel enttäuschend.
Wir hatten vor Ankunft im Hotel per Mail sowie bei der Ankunft an der Rezeption um getrennte Bettdecken gebeten. Dies wurde zur Kenntnis genommen und ohne Rückmeldung nicht umgesetzt.
Morgens war direkt vor unserer Hotelzimmertür über eine längere Zeit lautes Gerede vom Reinigungspersonal, was uns dann geweckt hat.

Pros:

Vi havde dejlig rummelig suite med tekøkken, alt rent og lækkert, og badekar. Så nærmest en lejlighed, i hotel med reception. Ligger godt og lige med metro.

Cons:

Extremely bad service from the reception staff. The manager was suppose to call us regarding the rooms they gave us. We travelled a family of four and they placed us very fare from each other and towards the train station. We did a request to have rooms close to each other and away from the noisy trains station. I wrote to them twice before our stay and they replied to do their best. But at arrival they could not see the message even though we showed it to them. But the worst part was their attitude to find a solution. The hotel has a serious management problem and it is not a 5-står hotel worthy.

Hamburg ist toll und das Hotel auch, nur das Frühstück ist schwach
Pros:

Das Hotel toll, die Zimmer toll, Lage im Hafencenter super, sehr ruhig sehr edel. Das Frühstück leider um 30% überteuert

Schönes, helles Appartement.

Cons:

Personal in der Bar nicht besonders freundlich. Last Call bereits um 23.30h bei angekündigter Öffnungszeit bis 24 Uhr. Weinauswal in der Bar druchschnittlich. Mag hier in Europa keine Überseeweine trinken.

Die Lage ist sehr gut und die Zimmer sind ruhig zum Kanal …

Cons:

Der Empfang und der Service passen überhaupt nicht zu einem 5 Sterne Hotel. Ich bin schon des 5 mal im Hotel, werde weder begrüßt…. Schön das Sie wieder bei uns sind, noch das meine Personalien Firmenangaben hinterlegt sind ….

This hotel was a good choice
Pros:

Very nice new hotel with great facilities and excellent staff. Room was well isolated, no noises from the street outside or hallways. Staff was happy about feedback while checkout.

Cons:

The service at breakfast was close-to-perfect. Unfortunately, our used plates were not removed frequently enough from our table. There was a great variety of diverse fruits and fresh juices. However, food options at the buffet were out sometimes so you had to wait. In my option, this waiting time was too long.
