Pros:

Das Hotel punktet zunächst mit einer wirklich sehr guten Lage. Auch die Ausstattung des Hauses und der Zimmer ist insgesamt ansprechend und gepflegt, sodass der Aufenthalt vom Ambiente her grundsätzlich einen positiven Eindruck hinterlässt.

Cons:

Enttäuschend und letztlich ausschlaggebend für meine Bewertung war jedoch der Umgang des Hauses mit einem einfachen Änderungswunsch: Die ursprüngliche Buchung von Freitag bis Sonntag musste auf Sonntag bis Montag verschoben werden, ohne die Aufenthaltsdauer zu verlängern. In anderen Hotels ist eine solche Verschiebung – je nach Auslastung – zumindest eine Gesprächsgrundlage, hier wurde jedoch von Anfang an jede Form von Entgegenkommen ausgeschlossen.

Besonders bitter war dies, weil es sich bei dem Aufenthalt um ein Geburtstagsgeschenk handelte und die Vorfreude auf das gemeinsame Wochenende durch die starre Haltung des Hauses deutlich getrübt wurde. Statt gemeinsam nach einer Lösung zu suchen, blieb es bei einem strikt formalen Verweis auf die Buchung, ohne jeden Ansatz von Kulanz.

Die Kommunikation mit der Rezeption und der Teamleitung wirkte wenig lösungsorientiert; es gab keinerlei Versuch, mit uns gemeinsam nach einer fairen Lösung zu suchen. Die Geschäftsleiterin, Frau Miriam Eckjans, hat sich selbst nicht persönlich gemeldet, sondern ausschließlich die Mitarbeitenden vorgeschickt, ohne eigene Gesprächsbereitschaft oder Entgegenkommen zu signalisieren. Das Ergebnis war, dass wir eine Nacht bezahlt, aber nicht nutzen konnten und für die eigentlich gewünschte Nacht faktisch doppelt gezahlt haben.

Am Abreisetag wurde zudem versucht, das bereits im Voraus bezahlte Frühstück noch einmal zu berechnen, was erst nach unserem Hinweis korrigiert wurde. Dieses Vorgehen, in Verbindung mit der starren Haltung bei der Umbuchung, vermittelt insgesamt den Eindruck, dass Kulanz und kundenorientiertes Miteinander in diesem Haus keine nennenswerte Rolle spielen.

Soggiorno magico, posto unico, semplicemente perfetto.
Pros:

Difficilmente si trova un posto in cui tutto sia perfetto come in Fraser Suites. Personalmente, non ho intenzione di dormire da altre parti quando tornerò ad Hamburg se non qui :-)

Υπέροχη διαμονή
Pros:

Υπέροχος χώρος σε παλιό κτήριο πολύ καλά διατηρημένο. Πάρα πολύ καθαρό, με άνετους και όμορφους χώρους. Προϊόντα l'occidente στο δωμάτιο, όπως και κάψουλες καφέ και τσάι. Δωρεάν χρήση σάουνας και μικρού γυμναστηρίου. Λίγα λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο και δίπλα σε διαφορετικά μέσα μεταφοράς. Γενικά περάσαμε τέλεια!!

Pros:

Freundliches Personal und gut ausgestattetes, großzügiges Zimmer. Bequemes Bett. Gute Lage: Man ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß in der Innestadt oder in der Speicherstadt. Für alles andere gibt es in 5 Minuten Entfehrnung eine S-Bahn-Station.

Cons:

Der Fehrnseher hatte einen sehr dumpfen Klang, der sich auch nicht heller einstellen ließ. Man hat den Ton (auch wenn man ihn lauter stellte) sehr schlecht verstanden.
Die Klobürste sollte mal ausgetauscht werden :-(

Mooi hotel op uitstekende locatie.
Pros:

Prachtig gebouw op uitstekende locatie. Alles is makkelijk bereikbaar. Het personeel was vriendelijk, de kamers keurig en comfortabel.

Super belliggende smuk hotel med rummelige suites
Pros:

Smukt hotel - eksklusivt - lækker suite med køkken og stort badeværelse.

Cons:

Sengene var hårde (fik dog at vide ved afrejse, at vi kunne have fået topmadrasser - det gør vi næste gang - for vi kommer igen)

Pros:

Отель отлично расположен. До всех основных мест Гамбурга не больше 15 минут пешком.
Завтраки для пятизвездоздочной гостиницы ничем не примечательные, но приемлимые. Есть свежевыжатый сок.
Номера просторные и чистые, есть мини кухня.

Cons:

А теперь к основному минусу.
Жили в номере 424. В душе напор воды был очень слабый. Помыться нормально невозможно, не то что помыть голову. По данному вопросу на следующий день сообщили на ресепшен сначала в 9 утра. Пошли гулять. В 15.00 ничего не изменилось. Сказали еще раз. После ужина ничего не изменилось. После ТРЕТЬЕГО обращения на ресепшен в 22.30 ночи вместе с сотрудником пошли проверять, можно ли помыться едва текущей струей воды. В итоге спустя пол часа было предложено поменять помер на меньший или сходить помыться с четвертого этажа на первый. На ресепшене никаких комментариев или извинений по данному вопросу так и не услышали.
Так что по уровню сервиса гостиница тянет на 2, с натяжкой за завтраки на три звезды. Позавтракать на 20-30 евро с человека тоже лучше в центре. Мест полно.
Если хотите вечером после дороге принять душ, данный отель лучше избегать.
