Pros:

Freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal, vorallem die jungen Leute beim Früstücksbuffet.
Frühstück fanden wir top.Zimmer sehr geräumig und ein sehr gutes Bett.Lage direkt neben der U3, aber auch sonst vieles fußläufig erreichbar.

Cons:

Keine Vergünstigung bei der Parkgarage, wir zahlten 75 Euro für 2Tage !!!!

Wundervoller Aufenthalt in einem wunderschönen Hotel.
Pros:

Sehr feinfühliger Umgang mit einem Denkmalgebäude. Sehr fein abgestimmte und hochwertige Materialien, Farben und Möblierung.
Sehr sauber. Die Betten / Matratzen sehr bequem.
Obwohl die Unterkunft direkt an der U-Bahn-Station liegt, hat man nichts von außen gehört.
Das Hotel liegt mittig zwischen Rathaus / Alsterfontäne und Speicherstadt / Elbphilharmonie, perfekt wenn man zu Fuß unterwegs ist.
Und nicht zuletzt: das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Es gibt keinen Parkplatz, der zum Hotel gehört. Sehr praktisch aber ist das Parkhaus Rödingsmarkt, welches ca. 150 m entfernt liegt. Jedoch kommen hier Kosten in Höhe von ca. 32€ pro Tag dazu, welche z.B. bei Booking nicht dargestellt sind.
