Pros:

The room was very comfortable and quiet, it has a good soundproofing, there was no noise at all neither from the corridor nor from neighbours.
The bed was really huge and comfortable.
The room is rather good equipped, everything I need was there. Having a mini kitchen was very useful, and the kitchen utensils were sparkling clean. Actually it was first time when I didn't want to wash the dishes before usage as I usually do while staying in hotels and rented apartments.
The staff was very polite, attentive to all requests, helpful and accommodating.
It has an excellent location. Close to everything, 10-15 minutes walk.

Very good hotel, centrally placed in Hamburg
Pros:

Friendly, helpful reception staff.
Efficient & easy check in.
Free soft drinks & water in MiniBar (although only stocked on Day 1 of 3 day stay, except for bottled water).
Well designed, spacious room.
Very comfortable bed.

Cons:

Curtains in bedroom failed to block out morning light. This resulted in sun streaming in from sunrise. Room needs black out curtains to fill the window space, so that light does not appear around the edges of the curtains, making the room too light to sleep from sunrise.
Breakfast a bit expensive at 32 Euros.

A lovely hotel but getting ripped is bad form.

The Hotel is lovely and in s great location.

Cons:

When checking in on the 13th of May i had to pay €112.50. €12.50 of this was a city tax and the remainding €100.00 was refundable on checking out. I did not order any food or take drinks from the refrigerator to wotk up any bill. On checking out on the 15th of May I asked about the €100 to be refunded. The receptionist explained that the payment of €100 will be in my bank account in the next 3/4 days. I still did not receive the payment after sending Fraser suites an email with a copy of receipt. Fraser suites did not email me back.

Guter Ausgangspunkt, durchschnittliches gutes Hotel.
Pros:

Sehr zentral gelegen. Schönes Haus. Super Fenster, man hört nichts von der Straße vor der Tür.

Cons:

Die „Schlafcouch“ war absolut nicht zumutbar. Das Kinder mit 12 schon voll zahlen müssen, finde ich grundsätzlich nicht angemessen. An vielen Ecken könnte mal wieder renoviert werden. Es stehen im Eingang eine Menge Leute rum, den Koffer hat mein Mann aber doch jedesmal selbst die Treppen hoch und runter getragen. Das Frühstück war durchschnittlich, Personalmangel ist überall spürbar.
