The front desk who worked in after was so rude
And don’t deserve to be there
If you don’t have patience to answer question
You better find a different job then make it worst for someone else
I had a booking on 28th but due to some reason was move forward to 29th so I called the hotel and asked if its possible to move but the girl who worked on 28th around 10am she said yes it’s possible and told me she did the changes but next day when I called the hotel again for confirmation she said I have to pay extra money for pre booking the time
But I never said 3pm it was always 10am
And why we would pay extra
So once I reached we asked her why are we paying extra coz the girl confirmed
She said I don’t know who told you but it was online so booking people should change
I understand that part but you need to tell customer politely rather than rolling eyes on them or giving cold shoulder
Your management need to be on same page or need some training regarding how to behave
That’s why we stayed only the same evening coz of our event and checked out right away rather than next day
It’s not money thing but the treatment you get is frustrating
