If you enjoy sleep, don’t stay in the one bedroom apartment. This was my second time staying here. The first time was right after they opened, I assumed they would have fixed their lack of blackout curtains. They did not. The door is see through and there is a giant window above the door with no curtain. At night, it’s like a spot light is shining on you from all the outdoor lights. I had to buy black trash bags and tape both times to try and shut out some of the blinding light. The top window is really high and hard to reach.
There are 12 other bright lights in the room that can’t be shut off that I had to black tape over.
Essentially it’s like 2 hours of work to black out some of the light.

The fridge makes insane noises all night long.

The shower has no shelf, so you have to leave your things on the floor or outside the shower.

There is nothing to the pillows. You need two to give your head any support. The bed is like a brick. Incredibly hard

Both times I’ve stayed during the week so all amenities are closed including the bar/restaurant/game room. The hot tub was closed for maintenance both times as well. The “sauna” is permanently closed.

I won’t be staying here again.

Good stay

The Hotel is quiet, safe and walkable, very good experience staying here for 2 nights.

Clean rooms, great staff but rooms have 0 insulation from noise from neighbor rooms, hallway, or outside. No breakfast available and no options for food before 7am.

$25 resort fee even though everything but the pool and hot tub was out of order. The bed was very firm. The building is motel-like in construction. Room doors didn’t have a door stop.

Broken toilet seat and room was stinky

Property needs a good deep cleaning. Overall, good experience, but not a place to walk around barefoot. Lobby was newly renovated, but very dirty. Rugs and floors were awful. Our room was comfortable, but again, bathroom needed a good deep clean. The hearing/cooling unit was so loud that it made it hard to sleep. It was an older unit and needs replaced. Staff was great and friendly.

Loved the fireplace and bar area. It was nice to just hangout in the morning and sip on coffee. We stayed in a room which was perfect but would love to try a cabin.

Lobby is beautiful - cozy and nice. Hot tub was great and the grounds are very pretty.

Clean room

The television in our room did not work properly. The technician came promptly to fix the problem BUT was not listening to the problems we were reporting. After spending half an hour supposedly fixing the problem, ge left BUT THE PROBLEM WAS COMPLETELY UNRESOLVED.

We also informed the front desk about problems with the shampoo and body wash. The clerk said that he would have the matter resolved quickly. 36 hours later, IT WAS STILL NOT RESOLVED.

Our room was quiet. The temperature regulator didn’t work properly, leaving us considerably warmer than we wanted even though it was actually chilly outside.

Great place

The property photographs nice online. The reality, the rooms themselves are a bit dated. There were kids running up and down the hall at all hours of the day and night, including running up and down the stairs. There was a persistent scent of pot at the entrance to the wing I was staying in. There were people hanging around the parking lot that seemed to be lingering with no apparent connection to the property. In the room adjacent to mine, I could hear the TV and conversations the people were having. Overall, I was disappointed with the property and my experience.

We stayed here as an overnight before a backpacking trip. Wonderful staff and beautiful common spaces. We were booked in a block of rooms with extremely thin walls/floors/ceilings. We could hear dresser drawers opening and closing between rooms in all directions. Made sleep a little hard. Other blocks did not seem to have such thin floors.

Wonderful spacious room, property and grounds. Staff very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
