Good breakfast and service
Pros:

Juan from the breakfast team provided outstanding service. He was very friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. The food was excellent, fresh, and well prepared. It’s always nice to start the day with great service and a great meal. Thank you, Juan, for making breakfast so enjoyable!

Pros:

L’emplacement , chambre propre.
Tesco juste en face. L’hôtel est central , beaucoup de chose à pied à 10/12min ( St Stephen , Trinity collège, musées , The Spire … )

Cons:

Personnel un peu froid. Pas de bonjour quand on rentre dans l’hôtel.
À savoir le restaurant de l’hôtel ne prend pas d’enfants ( 14 et 16 ans ) après 21h donc si vous arrivez à 20h30 il faut manger vite. On a préféré aller ailleurs.

Agréable mais bruyant.
Pros:

L’emplacement est idéal, le personnel est agréable et la décoration est très belle.

Cons:

Fenêtre cassée, beaucoup de bruits provenant de la rue toute la journée et la nuit.

No volvería a hospedarme en este hotel.
Pros:

La ubicación muy central aunque por quedarnos un fin de semana y al lado de mucho bar y pub fue muy ruidoso. Desayuno cumple sin ser extraordinario.

Cons:

La habitación era para tres personas, sin embargo creo que si hubiera sido para dos ya sería pequeña. Muy incomoda.

Pros:

El encontrar personal con habla español nos facilitó mucho la estancia

Cons:

Por poner solo una pega la habitación doble es muy pequeñita y la cama pegada a la pared ; un poco incómoda ,pero por lo demás todo genial
