It was a nice stay
Pros:

The location is really really good, close to some amazing bars and Restaurants.
shops near by etc..

Cons:

The rooms are not quite as the pictures show them, they look a little more cosy and high end in the image but they were actually quite plain and basic than advertised. I booked a king executive however the room was more like a budget double based on the size and how it was dressed with the room looking a little grubby. the staff were great and to be fair they upgraded me to a Junior suite, the room was a little bigger but still below the standard shown in the images. other than that it was comfy and fresh towels were available.

The was no clear signage on the wifi

the parking is public parking near the hotel but it is expensive! you can get a discount card from reception however when I checked out they said they didn't have any, so the parking was over 80euro so make sure you get the discount card from reception before you check out.

Its many years since i visited the Temple Bar area, i was disappointed it had lost its charm
Pros:

As I said earlier they were having problems in the complete Hotel with TV and Internet they knew about the problem and that it was their fault therefor the room was not as advertised. In my opinion they should have offered something for the inconvenience ie a free breakfast or something ....as an genuine apology.
