Excellent stay, great location, lovely staff and beautiful hotel!
Pros:

This was an amazing experience from start to finish.
The manager got us in an upgraded room very quickly as we had just arrived from the US.
The room was lovely and the beds were very comfortable and clean.
The breakfast was delicious.
All staff were very helpful.
Good central location access to everything.
Everywhere throughout the hotel, restaurant and bar were amazing.

Cons:

That we couldn’t stay longer, we will be back!

It was a disappointment that catering staff lowered the ambience of the stay.
Pros:

The location was excellent for the town the security seemed very good.

Cons:

Breakfast we found a big disappointment. The dining room had tables not cleared and the breakfast had hard hash browns, the toaster very hard to use. Teas and coffees delivered to the table or should have been, had to ask a second time for a coffee , although the tea had been delivered 10 minutes prior to this, coffee was no more than lukewarm. There was a distinct air of no one in charge or sense of pride. Such a shame as Reception staff were impeccable.

Cons:

We had a room on first floor above the pub. Music was so loud we couldn’t sleep. At 2am I went to the desk to get another room. They helped us immediately and got us a new room. But they should’t be allowed to rent out those first floor rooms. For 340 euro’s per night, I’d expect way more

Prefect location in the heart of Dublin
Pros:

Prefect location, you can walk to anywhere in heart of Dublin. Breakfast was delicious and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Great place to stay and would stay again.

Fabulous location steps from great pubs and attractions

Pros:

Bequeme Betten.
Gute Lage
Zimmer in Hinterhof: kein Strassenlärm (dafür Lärm von Lüftung)
Sauber

Cons:

Viele Dinge in die Jahre gekommen, bzw defekt.
Vorhänge, die nicht richtig abdunkeln
Zimmertür lässt sich nur 50% öffnen, weil in Teppich klemmt.
Bei Duschhalterung ist Drahtgeflecht defekt.

Lovely hotel - sort out the temperature consistency of the showers
Pros:

Great location to in Temple Bar

Cons:

This is a good hotel, clean, felt safe, reasonable self serve breakfast although the choice was ok but fairly limited.
My main gripe was the hot water in the showers - I’d set my shower temperature but then while I was showering the water became either absolutely scalding hot or freezing cold depending on, presumably, whether someone close by turned on their tap or flushed their loo. Took a few mins to reset during the shower and so a real pain which could easily become unsafe

Pros:

Super Lage, direkt in der Fleet Street in Temple Bar, besser geht's nicht.
Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich und groß.

Cons:

Wir waren, zugebener Maßen, zu früh im Hotel und das Personal hat sich wenig Mühe gegeben, uns auch nur eine Stunde früher ins Zimmer zu lassen.
Ja, natürlich waren sie da im Recht, aber so wirklich kulant ist das nicht gewesen...
Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau, ansonsten war alles in Ordnung!!
