We liked the Happy Hour and breakfast. Parking was convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. The comfortable 2 room King suite had 2 TVs, microwave, coffee maker and Mini fridge.
Please, wipe down glass surfaces on side table and all the doors. They had streaks and smudges.
I was impressed by the lobby and the overall common area. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The room was just what was needed. The space was more than adequate for two people.
Plastic utenesils and napkins openly available for guest.
I wish I could give this hotel 0 stars. First, the staff are RUDE.. The AC is having issues and my room is 82 degrees in the middle of summer! 82 degrees. We asked for a fan and they stated they do not have any. The pillows are awful. It feels like I’m laying flat on the bed. We spend $150 on their onsite food option. It was HORRIBLE. I am the most uncomfortable I have ever been in a hotel. My family is here for a sporting event and our kid can’t sleep due to being so hot and is complaining of breathing trouble. I would not recommend this hotel. If it wasn’t for our sport block, I would be leaving here in a heart beat.
Stayed for nights whilst visiting attractions in the local area. Was greeted politely and recognised as a Diamond member. Suite was good albeit a little “tired” plenty of room and quiet. A little disappointed with evening reception as all alcoholic drinks had to be paid for - in most of Embassy Suite hotels we’ve stayed in beer & wine were free of charge you paid for spirits. Chips and dips were good. We ate in restaurant and food was good and freshly prepared. Breakfast was very good as usual omelette station very well attended.
Breakfast was good
The air conditioning in the lobby (everywhere else except the room) did not work well. Rooms were very dated. I have been to an embassy suites in Miami and it was much more updated.
La habitación olía mal
La piscina no estaba ambientada
Las habitaciones, el desayuno
La pisina
The beds were terrible, cheap, and uncomfortable.

The staff was very nice as we needed to switch rooms at one point. The breakfast was excellent and the kitchen was able to keep the food coming even though it was busy. The bartender was amazing & our dinner was very good.
Not sure why the extra parking charge as the lot is very large. Our 1st room was way in a corner and didn't seem very clean. More then 2 bath towels would be appreciated.
Loved the open concept and the pool.
The elevator was broken and the stairs are creepy. I didn’t realize we’d also be paying a daily fee for parking.
