Pros:

Top Lage zum Stadion und in die Stadt. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit großer Auswahl. Das Team an der Rezeption war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Für eine große Veranstaltung neben an war das Hotel nicht gut vorbereitet. Wenn ein Event um 15:30 Uhr beginnt, wäre es sinnvoll, dass Gäste bereits vorher im Hotel etwas trinken oder essen können. Die Bar öffnete dafür zu spät.
Am Abend war es ähnlich. Für die vielen Eishockey-Fans aus Berlin war kaum etwas vorbereitet. Wir haben keinen Tisch mehr zum Essen bekommen und fühlten uns dabei leider wenig willkommen.
Den Pizza-Service können wir dagegen empfehlen. Schade, hier hätte das Hotel mehr aus der Situation machen können.

Pros:

Die Lage zum Stadion und den Attraktionen drum herum ist Top, mehrere Straßenbahnen vor der Tür bzw in der Nähe.
Bis auf zwei Ausreißer ein super Frühstücksbuffet.
Das Bett war gemütlich.

Cons:

Die Straßenbahn war auch nachts leider deutlich zu hören. Zudem war die Dusche ziemlich kraftlos und nicht leicht zu temperieren.

Beim Frühstück fielen die geschmack- und substanzlosen Aufbackbrötchen und der matschige lieblose Obstsalat ala ibis negativ auf.

Wir waren leider nur eine Nacht dort, aber alles war so wie wir uns es vorgestellt haben.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut und wurde auch schnell aufgefüllt. Eierspeisen wurden auf Wunsch frisch und zügig zubereitet.

Super Frühstück. Gutes Restaurant im Haus mit sehr freundlichen Personal.

Cons:

Haben um Mülleimerleeren gebeten.

Sehr angenehmer Kurzaufenthalt mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und freundlichen Mitarbeitern.
Pros:

Sehr gute, zentrale Lage zur Altstadt, ca. 10 Min. Fußweg, gut ausgestattetes Zimmer in ordentlicher Grösse und ruhiger Lage nach hinten heraus. In der Nähe großer, nicht zu teurerer Parkplatz. Sehr gut hat mir auch die Bar gefallen w.g. ihrer guten Auswahl an bezahlbaren ( Standart ) Single Malts.

Personal an der Rezeption war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Gutes Frühstück. Super Lage, nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß zur Frauenkirche.

Cons:

Sauna muss pro Tag extra bezahlt werden. Parkhaus für 24 € pro Tag sehr teuer.
