Es war - wie immer - alles zu meiner Zufriedenheit. Das Personal war super nett, sehr umsichtig und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft war in einem einwandfreien Zustand, sauber und ordentlich.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist großartig. Mit der Straßenbahnhaltestelle vor der Tür erreicht man bequem alle Sehenswürdigkeiten Dresdens. Im Zimmer ist vom Lärm der Straße aber nichts zu hören.
Das Personal ist super. Hilfsbereit, immer freundlich und zuverlässig.
Das Buffet zum Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Alles in allem fühlten wir uns hier für unseren Kurztrip sehr gut aufgehoben!

Cons:

Die Zimmereinrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das Bad aber modern gestaltet. Nur der Einstieg in die Badewanne/Dusche ist hoch, wohl für ältere Menschen recht mühsam

Wir werden ganz sicher nochmal kommen.
Pros:

Lage ist perfekt. Zahlreiche Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück ist außerordentlich gut mit einer enormen Auswahl.

Cons:

Das ist jetzt jammern auf hohem Niveau. Aber der Barbereich liegt ein wenig ungünstig. Wenn die Türe des Hotels aufgeht, pfeift es schon ordentlich rein. Viele der Gäste waren mit Jacke in den Sesseln gesessen. Eine kleine Schutzwand aufgestellt, wäre super und würde es gemütlicher machen
