Fantastic customer service.
Rooms were a bit ”old”.
Su ubicación es excelente. La estación de metro de Victoria esta a pocos metros y conecta con casi todo. El palacio, big ben y etc. a escasos minutos caminando. El personal es maravilloso muy educado y pendiente de tus necesidades.
El spá muy básico, una piscina con chorros y dos saunas nada más. Por el mismo precio he estado en otros mucho más completos. Los precios del hotel me parecen excesivos en cuanto a sus servicios como las comidas desayunos y extras.
