Pros:

Beautiful building & facilities. Despite renovations happening, they caused no issues, the scaffolding was even disguised as vines & plants with fairy lights, very tasteful. Gorgeous comfortable rooms too. The staff even decorated our room for a birthday, leaving us a cake, card & banner.

Cons:

Such a pity the breakfast was extra costs, when the hotel is already very expensive.

Outstanding staff!
Pros:

I can only speak wonders about the hotel and, especially, its staff. From the moment we walked through the door, every member of the team was exceptionally attentive and fully committed to making our experience the best it could be. The hotel staff took care of every last detail: they welcomed us with a lovely gift, on my birthday they surprised me again with another thoughtful gesture, they upgraded our room, and they even arranged for us to have adjoining rooms with my son.

The rooms are a good size, as are the bathrooms. Everything was very clean, and they offered various complimentary items every day (water, milk, Nespresso coffee, tea). The hotel spa, although small, serves its purpose perfectly for a moment of relaxation. I also tried one of their treatments, and it was truly wonderful.

The hotel has several dining options, which is greatly appreciated. In our case, we had dinner at House of Ming and at Quilon. At the first one, the service was a little slow, but the food was delicious and the staff very kind. At Quilon, we truly enjoyed the experience. The food was original and delicious (and plentiful! We chose the fish tasting menu). The waitress who attended us most of the evening was delightful—super friendly and very attentive.

Finally, I must say that the hotel is incredibly well located and very quiet (the layout of the buildings with a courtyard in the middle is ideal). Without a doubt, we will return!

The location is excellent, very close to Victoria station and walking distance for Westminster and the South Bank. The hotel and facilities are perfect for exploring, dining and relaxing with a beautiful spa, essential after getting your steps in.
