Absolutely perfect
Pros:

My second time staying at St James’ Court and I have now vowed that THIS is my London hotel. Everything is perfect but the thing I must praise most is the team- every single team member is a consumate professional and makes you feel like royalty.

Ok probably would not stay there again.
Pros:

Clean and nice room. Staff were friendly and helpful

Cons:

Very expensive food. Room service tray not removed from outside my room. Room was too hot. Staff in restaraunt were nice but lacked to right training. For example I was having breakfast and the waiter leaned across my plate whilst I was eating to remove my bread plate.
