Overall a really enjoyable stay and would certainly visit again.
Pros:

Great location so close to Buckingham Palace.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Bedding and towels great quality.

Cons:

No bar after 10:30 so when we returned from the theatre we could only take a drink to the room.
I ordered a celebration package for our anniversary which was lovely but there was nowhere to keep the cake fresh, and it was far too big to eat on the first day.
I did ask a member of staff about this and he said he would speak to his supervisor but no one came back to us. Unfortunately the cake was then wasted as it was just in the open air for 3 days a waste really. The package was about £95 too.
