Pros:

The friendliness of all your staff. The room was very clean and loved the softness of the carpet. It was a great location and the building is extremely grand. Feels like a proper holiday hotel not rent a room style hotel.

Cons:

The price of the breakfast was awfully steep. Maybe you could cater for smaller budgets, I do appreciate there are a lot of wealthy people where £55 each for breakfast is nothing but some us it just a bit too much to spend. We went to an establishment further down the road

Great place to stay for business and tourism alike.
Pros:

The location is fantastic, the hotel is under renovation but rooms in the new aisle are great. Space and well decorated. Clean and very nice bathroom. Bed very comfy

Cons:

The breakfast remains an area of improvement - starting by the service efficiency. The hostess at the welcome desk are not welcoming.

Ho soggiornato presso St. James' Court, A Taj Hotel con la mia famiglia e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo.
Posizione eccellente, comodissima per visitare Londra a piedi e in metro, in una zona tranquilla e molto bella. Camera spaziosa e pulita, ottima colazione e splendido giardino interno dove rilassarsi dopo le visite in città.
Un grande punto di forza è sicuramente lo staff: tutti molto gentili, cordiali e sempre disponibili. Comunicazione perfetta durante tutto il soggiorno.
Hotel assolutamente consigliato per chi vuole comfort e una posizione strategica nel cuore di Londra.

Cons:

Nel complesso tutto molto positivo, forse il prezzo è leggermente alto, ma comprensibile vista la posizione centrale e il livello della struttura.

Lovely, opulent and confortable.
Pros:

Location right by Buckingham Palace & St James Park Train Station.
Room was clean and comfortable, size met my needs, lovely copper bowl with salts provided on first night. Staff very attentive and accommodated by request to check in early.
Breakfast had plenty variety.
The gym but good equipment.

It was fine, but wouldn’t return
Pros:

The location is ideal for central London and just round the corner from the tube which is convenient. The rooms were spacious and the bed linen was clean. Staff very good.

Cons:

Unfortunately not what I expected for this price point, first room reeked of cigarette smoke and duty manager moved me within half an hour, and hi b was great but I was surprised that housekeeping hadn’t noticed. Second room had a faulty plus so coffee machine and fridge didn’t work and had to report twice to get it fixed. Gym was a bit underwhelming as although the free weights and running machine were good the static bike (not the recumbent) was rusty which wasn’t what I would have expected. The breakfast was good, but not much variation in the fruit, and the pastries seemed a bit stale which wasn’t disappointing. The second day the coffee machine was still cleaning itself so couldn’t have a coffee.

Pros:

The location helped access city main tourist spots

Cons:

They refused to cancel my booking although demise in the family
They charge you 5 pounds for a spoon if you call the room service and ask them to bring a spoon to the room

Better to stay in travel lodge
