It was so so for the price.
Pros:

Close to where I had to go

Cons:

The property needs to be upgraded. The paint on the bathroom wall coming off. you can tell they don't vacuum the floor because there was dental floss on the floor when I got in the room and when they clean the room why i was out it was still there. They other thing was people out in the parking lot smoking pot. It was so strong I thought I was going get high just walking by.

Booked this because it was cheap but then they charged me extra for a non-smoking room. :(
Pros:

The room was dark and quiet overnight.

Cons:

I booked a non-smoking room on Booking.com. When I received the confirmation email, it said I had reserved a smoking room. I tried to contact the property immediately to have it fixed and didn't hear back from them. When I checked in, I explained what had happened. They charged me $17 extra for a non-smoking room because they said I booked a smoking room. I'm annoyed to have paid more than what I expected. It is also annoying because, logically, a non-smoking room is easier to clean than a smoking room. Finally, the room smelled faintly of smoke and there was a cigarette burn in the top sheet on one of the beds.

the room smelled very moldy, and there were stains on the ceiling, and a burn hole on the comforter The pool wasn’t open due to the water being cloudy and gross. There was used tissues in the bedside drawer.and in another drawer there was a empty can of body spray

It was close to Knoxville and the owner and front desk staff was nice

The price for some of the stuff the rooms were like an there should be all no smoking rooms the sink in our room was cracked the tub had hair all in it and the door in our bathroom was dry rotted a couple of the outlets weren’t secured in the wall a couple plugs didn’t work and the hosue keeper didn’t even make our bed properly when they “cleaned” the room and we found soemthing in the drawer that should have been noticed by the hosue keeper the first night there the washer had soap coming from the hoses and the pics posted is how the housekeeper made our bed found a cock roach in the bathroom and I left brefor my husband and the house keeper told him check out time was 9 am and that he needed to leave and it’s not it’s 11 sye he showed her and she tried arguing with him

Cons:

Had trouble with room keys, doors are difficult to unlock and had to leave door cracked open during breakfast so we didn’t get locked out.

The room was clean and the price was good

Cons:

We were locked out of our room.They were unable to open our door they did accommodate us and put us in another room. However, our suitcases were in the room where they couldn't access. And they promised to have them out by morning, and they weren't. We had to insist so we could get our suitcases and move on.Also, it said it had a good breakfast. I would say it was mediocre.

If the rest of the rooms dont smell like mine tje place is fine but over priced

Like there was a pee fight.
Minimally the pillows and sheets a very uncomfortable
