Great hotel. Came here for vacation been here a couple weeks. Staff and front desk workers are all great people and very helpful. This is a quite area. Good breakfast, clean pool. If your looking for a good hotel for short or long term this is the place to be. Thanks to the sure stay staff. *****
I always stay here when I have to be in Knoxville close to my work. The last time I stayed the elderly man was rather rude. So check in wasn't very pleasant
The refrigerator didn't freeze my ice block . The pool is never opened
The staff is very friendly and help out with checking in early and leaving when needed, the breakfast is really good and the rooms are very clean I stayed for about a month and had a pleasant time

The manager was very knowledgeable about the place , I accident booked the wrong style room , he put me in another room in a matter of minutes . Very curteous

The rooms were dirty. The bathtub was dirty and the sink had mold all around the rim. The bathroom door looked like someone broke in. The TV was discolored. The bedding had crumbs in one from the previous guest and the other had burn holes and what I hope was red marker on the sheet. The breakfast we passed on. There was barely anything. There was a terrible smell in the lobby and breakfast area. The only thing I was happy about was that it was only for one night. One of the worst places I have ever stayed. I was told I needed to pay an extra 40 dollars cash and it had to be cash for the dog when I already informed them when I booked and paid online that I had one. I wish I would have taken pictures.
