Very clean

Dog poop all over the grass areas, phone in room did not work, cable box was unplugged, there was only toast and yogurt for breakfast, juice was watered down, staff started knocking on door at 830 am asking when we were leaving and knocked at least 5 times until we told them to go away, left early because of staff being annoying, supposed to be a smoke free hotel but people smoked right outside the door everytime we left the building, not the cleanest, sheets had burn holes and blood stains. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND

Overall it was ok but there was no hot water when taking a shower.

Very slow service. I left my kindle behind and called them asap but they said it wasn’t in the room. I know where I left it…. Very disappointed with the lack of service.

Room was sour, smelly and including the bedding was unclean. No hot water. AC would freeze up and not work. Bad location. Unless it’s all you can afford go somewhere else. They even kept my deposit after saying I left the room in perfect condition.

It was a cool property, but they take 100 from your card in case of damages, it’s been two weeks where I keep calling and they just keep telling me to wait and won’t give me those 100 back to my card, it’s not like there was any damage in the room because I asked and was told that there wasn’t so I don’t really know what’s taking so long.

The first room we were put in had a very bad smell we asked to be move and we were. The breakfast could have more options. We ran out of coffee told the person and she replied first time that ever happened and never got more. The pool was also dirty and needed to be cleaned.

i loved everything about my stay here. very clean and quiet. location very good,alot of shopping malls and dining near.

Was good location for our need. Shower did not work right, bed was hard for our liking. We had a huge disturbance at 3:30am but the staff diffused quickly.

The room we stayed in, the beds were clearly worn out. One of the beds had an indentation in the middle of the mattress. The building itself is old. The AC unit would intermittently work. The front morning staff were nice.

Towels are old

Adequate for our needs but by no means luxurious. The breakfast selection lacked protein options. Not a good selection for diabetics.
