Stay was very enjoyable, which is why I am a returning customer.
Pros:

The person I talked to on the phone regarding my reservation was extremely polite, professional and helpful.

Cons:

My room was charged twice but 2 days later a manager credited the additional charge.

Good place to stay but very expensive
Pros:

Fun active hotel and casino great for Packer game weekends.

Cons:

Price is ridiculous. Restaurant/bar needs to have a menu that has more choices. Current emphasis on game food ( bison, Duck, etc)is unappealing.

Relaxing stay at a place that offers a great deal of options for the price.
Pros:

The rooms were great - we were able to watch the Brewers game on TV - that was really nice!
The shower was terrific, the beds were clean and very comfortable.
The hallways were a bit dirty when we arrived. Shortly after we arrived The housekeeping crew came and vacuumed. The service was great - the food at Cedar and Sage was OK - over cooked sandwichs and my wife did not care for her selection. Yet, the services and the drinks were excellent.
We lost more money in the casino than we had hoped but it was a new experience for us.

Cons:

The apple crisp was not what we were hoping for.
