Cons:

They never cleaned our room or brought new shower towels for 3 days. Even after going to the front desk and asked/requesting that they clean or room and bring more towels

Overall excellent except for shuttle service. Very inconvenient and didn’t appear they cared

Cons:

Shuttle service inconsistent. Was told available as needed til 11 pm. Not true and the driver did rolling stop and really didn’t wait to see if anyone needed a ride. Very poor service regarding shuttle. If not going to be there then don’t offer

Pros:

Friendly staff. Location was great.

Cons:

Doors to the rooms were very hard to open. Underneath the beds were filthy and looked like it hadn't been swept, vacuumed, or mopped in months. It took forever to get hot water and then it didn't stay hot for long.

Nice room. One of the elevators was not working which was annoying. took a wile to get to our room.
