I've been to this hotel before and it is all that it should be,
Pros:

Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was very clean.

Cons:

First room given to me was noisey from the hotel HVAC condesers. No problem getting another room. One other thing that seems funny to say is that anytime someone closes their door it's with a loud bang.

Nice getaway
Pros:

Having the casino was the main reason I chose the property. Bed was nice and firm. It was quiet for sleeping. Fridge in room and microwave for use by ice machine.

Cons:

AC was out in many parts of building. Ours in the room said call for service on the screen. No maid service, unless you ask. We had to empty our trash daily ourselves. Restaurants were pricey.

Amazing bed and shower but the staff could use a lesson in customer service.

Comfortable beds and amazing shower!

Cons:

The front desk staff could use a lesson in customer service. They did not smile. They did not try to fix my problem. They simply said I don’t know to one question and no to the other question on different occasions with different staff members. There was no initiative to try to help me out. The only friendly staff or the restaurant workers. I’m not sure I would come back unless there was another chest tournament on site.
