We enjoyed the stay, beds are comfortable, rooms are clean and the minor issue we had was promptly and efficiently dealt
Pros:

Staff were great, front of house team exceptional, app contact a welcome touch and facilities deliver overall on expectations.

Cons:

Sounds picky but thin walls…although a short stay with limited in-room time, we could hear one side arguing and when they were having phone calls, and their TV which was on constantly! The other side had a younger child who was vocal, lets say.

This property has a lovely location but the amenities and service do not match the price.
Pros:

The location was the best part by far of the property.

Cons:

The property is WAY overpriced for the service and conditions. I understand they are charging because it’s waterfront, but a higher commitment to service that matches the price would be appreciated. They didn’t have the crib for my infant that I was promised. The amenities in the room left much to be desired - no makeup remover, poor quality and too few towels, no linens for the pullout sofa in the room, etc. I expect these things for $450 a night.

Disappointing for a stay at the Hilton. Great for a stay at Red Roof Inn

The beachfront was great. The parking was easy and plentiful.

Cons:

No fridge in the rooms. No coffee in the room. No cups. No bucket for ice. Trash left in the room.

Worst choice, go elsewhere. By no means PAY for “Ocean View”

See pictures. It’s old and they’ve decided to let the landscaping die by not watering. Tired and old. Worst part : they define Ocean View VERY liberally! Don’t pay for it, in fact stay almost anywhere else in Cocoa Beach.
