We were there about 5 minutes turned around and checked out.
Pros:

Not a thing

Cons:

Be particularly careful to avoid Building B if you are somehow forced to stay there. Old, musty and on the side of the road. Do not trust the posting by Booking.com

Hilton Cocoa-Beach Oceanfront
Pros:

Die Lage ist ausserordentlich. Direkt am Meer und nahe zu allen anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Zum Teil sehr nettes Personal, besonders an der Beachbar und Outdoorbar und viele Parkplätze.

Cons:

Alles war viel zu laut. Von der Klimaanlage, dem Lift wenn die Türen aufgehen, die Aussenanlagen/Energieanlagen fürs Hotel, die selbst schliessenden Türen die am Laufmeter zuknallen, die Gespräche auf dem Flur (unter jeder Tür war ein offener Teil von 5 bis 8cm), das Licht das unter der Türe durchschien und dass man die Fenster nicht öffnen konnte. Die waren am nächsten Tag so Nass wie im Jungle.
Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis war sehr schlecht!

Great location ... doesnt match expectations
Pros:

The Tikki bar outside was nice and had a good atmosphere with attentive staff ( unlike reception ) ..
The restaurant Waves was nice and we had a nice meal there ...
A big car park but found the charges excessive when travelling by car is about the only option to get there .
( Kennedy space centre parking was cheaper ) .. captive audience so no choice.

Cons:

Car park charges
The air conditioning unit would not turn off ... Had to get the hotel engineer at 11pm to override the controls ... ( which then made it unusable during the day )
The television in the bedroom was on a fixed bracket that ment viewing in bed was awkward. Bedside phone had the cable trailing over the floor which almost tripped over. there was a nice 2 seater sofa however only 1 chair at the tablen

Our favorite beachfront hotel in Cocoa Beach. Clean, kind, convenient and great vibes. We go back every year.

Cons:

If you need a balcony, this isn’t the hotel for you.

Très déçu. Énorme gap entre le site internet et la réalité
Pros:

La chambre était pas mal, bonne taille de lit, bon système TV. A part ça, pas grand chose.

Cons:

C’est un hôtel extrêmement vieillissant, construit probablement dans les années 70/80, je pensait, vu sa forme cubique sur les photos que ce serait beaucoup plus moderne que ça, mais la ils ont du laisser certaines partie exactement d’époque, les couloirs et l’extérieur notamment. Le petit déjeuner le plus ridicule qu’il m’est été donné de voir pour un hôtel à 300$ la nuit. Tu demande un chocolat chaud, il t’amène un chocolat chaud à l’eau, t’expliquant qu’ils n’ont rien pour chauffer le lait… Personnel d’accueil du restaurant du petit déjeuner extrêmement désagréable. Aucune adaptation de la part du personnel de salle pour essayer de te rendre le moment plus agréable.

Restaurant for breakfast was good Rina was an amazing server. Clean hotel and friendly service. Close to a lot of activities.

Cons:

Wish the coffee shop opened earlier. The bed pillows were horrible. Bring your own. Housekeeping forgot to leave washcloths for us but responded quickly once we requested them from the front desk.
