At the beach
No microwave in the room
There’s nothing I liked, one of the worst Hotel experiences in my life. I thought I booked Hilton, this hotel should be called more S….on. Staff not friendly, no room cleaning daily! I was there with my family(my wife and two kids) only 3 towels in the room and when I called through phone so many times no one answered the reception. I asked why no one cleaned our room the lady said we don’t do that, we asked for more towels for the kids, waited 20min.
Dirty room I even got allergy on my face for the first time in my life, will upload pics if I can. They are lucky that I’m from Europe and that I don’t have time to sue them, believe me I would. The view was horrible, The fridge was not working properly that my wife needed to throw the medicine that she needed to take.

Location amazing. Walk right to the beach. Easy to get chairs and umbrella. Nice that you can order food on the beach. Love the hotel. Clean and neat. Staff amazing. Parking so easy.
The pool was quite small and looked like it needed some cleaning.
This hotel has become our home away from home when we travel to Florida. The staff are exceptional. The hotel is clean, safe and has a great vibe for everyone. The beach is steps away and the pool is perfect!
Big bonus for space nuts like us - there is always (ALWAYS) something NASA related going on when we’re there. My son got to meet a shuttle pilot this morning on our way to the airport!

They changed our room so we were not overlooking dirty pipes. The Tiki restaurant outside was great.
You had to pay for the breakfast buffet, over 20 per person. When I went to check it out, it really didn’t have anything extra that other hotels offer for free. There was a set up for an omelette station, but nothing was there. We decided to go out for breakfast. Honestly, if it had been a little less expensive or had the omelette station I would have stayed. I thought it was a huge waste of food because they had it all out and no one was there.
