“I’ll be back”
Pros:

I know this sounds crazy but I love the adjustable height hand held shower. The way you could change the height. I could shower as a short person without wetting my hair. I also loved the Starbucks!

Cons:

The bed was great but I am a fan of just a tiny bit softer. Was not bad though.

Unfreundliches Personal während des Aufenthaltes und danach. Meine Kreditkarte wurde nochmals belastet, ohne das ich eine Rechnung dafür erhalten habe, wegen einer bereits stornierten Buchung. Meine Anfragen wurden ignoriert.
Erst als mein Buchungsagent nachfragte, bekam ich eine Antwort und das Geld zurück. NIE WIEDER !

Beautiful hotel, but questionable ethics of the staff working there.

False advertising about the room we book and the "nickel & diming" of all the extras you had to pay for. Also the lack of ethics when it came to who had to pay for the extra charges.

Last minute beach decision was perfect end to a work trip.
Pros:

Check-in was quick and easy, staff at the front desk were friendly and professional, room was clean and spacious, ocean view was good. We enjoyed being a short walk through the hotel to the beach, a truly great location. Convenient to the Brevard Zoo, a can't miss attraction when coming to Central Florida.

Cons:

The bed was not as comfortable as the one at the Altamonte Springs Hilton we had been in all week for work. We did not care for the coffee maker, it was cheap and inefficient; we much preferred the Keurig that was in our previous room

Pros:

Very happy with my stay! Just a few steps from the beach with great views. The room was spotless and the staff was delightful. Mohammad went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible from check in to check out.
