The staff are top notch and are so so nice (Morgan, Mary and Vanessa stood out) but for what you’re paying there are very minimal if any amenities aside from being beachfront which is really the one thing that stands out for the property. The food is terrible, please don’t eat the breakfast buffet it was awful and so expensive and coffee was burnt, whisk & grind few minutes away hit the spot. However, the cafe Mercato and ocean blends were good for simple items : the Starbucks coffee and breakfast croissant. The rooms are outdated and the mattresses are extremely worn and used & the baseboards were coming apart, the carpets were extremely humid and moist. To be honest: I would not stay here again.. next time I’d look for a more updated place with a balcony to enjoy the fresh air of the ocean breeze. No microwave. The remote kept getting stuck. Lots of dust above the bed/headboard. There aren’t any balconies and the rooms are so tiny and it was very difficult to move around for a family of 5.
If you like just simple , uncomfortable mattresses and will be out all day long then this is the place for you but if you actually want to enjoy the hotel and the room to relax then I’d go somewhere else. Oh wait by the way the pool is a joke :( we were shocked at how small it is ..we thought there may be another one but nope there was not. So if going to the pool is your thing on vacation then you’ll be very disappointed. We just loved having the beach right there in front and that’s it sorry :(

Marlene at the Beach Tiki Bar was the best thing about this trip. Amazing customer service doesnt even cover it. Hilton management material all the way. She went above and beyond our entire stay. This hotel trip was memorable and Marlene was a huge part of that.

Love the location and all they have to offer
The first night I hated our room. It felt like I was in a basement and had to stand on my tippy toes to even see outside! I will never stay in a room like that again. Thankfully they moved us for the second night
Marlene at the Castaway Beach bar was amazing. Her margaritas were sooooo good, we consider ourselves margarita snobs. And she made them exactly like we wanted, fresh, great tequila, and Mezcal. Couldn’t recommend her any higher, she is amazing. ❤️❤️❤️
They were very professional, clean, and friendly. Beds were not bad. The pool was nice. They even had a coffee shop in the lobby which made the morning easy before boarding the ship. Ask about their Stay and Park deals.

Room comfortable and clean. Staff all friendly and professional in particular Wendy in the breakfast room who went above and beyond to help us with exactly what we wanted. Great service!
Wendy and Nicky were very attentive even when they were the only ones working. Their happy demeanor overflowed to those who were dining. Our food and drinks were prepared perfectly!
