Scamming place run.

I didn't like anything because I was charged 270 dollars for never staying at this location I have contacted customer service and spoke briefly to a representative who stated that someone would contact me soon no one has tried to contact me to rectify the transaction and refund me in full this place is a scam and I'm going to report them taking monies from my account and for charging me when I. never stayed at a facility is called fraudulent activity and a scam. Thanks

The elevator didn't work for the elderly and handicapped.this is a code violation and a half cold policy violation as well plus. Being lied to and tricked being scammed out of two hundred and seventy dollars.This is not professional. This is not how you conduct business. Light above saint didn't work mold in the bathroom. Shower felt like I was gonna fall through it. Dirt in the floor sheets were dirty needs new pillowcases. The floor felt dingy tV remote didn't work fully.

Nice and relaxing stay
Pros:

Very friendly staff, clean breakfast area, bed was soft and room was clean. Very convenient location. I will stay again. They cleaned my room everyday which was very nice. Thank you

Cons:

Only have 1 trolly for guest was inconvenient, elevator didn't work sometimes. Bathroom needs a little bit of a update. But it was clean. The tv didn't work at first I guess the wifi wasn't strong enough, they came right away and tried to fix the problem. Not enough light in the room or enough outlets. No plug for the tub to take a soak.
