Sorry,It’s too bad.
Cons:

The receptionist is a man with a very poor service attitude. Without Wi Fi, he confidently questioned me why I was angry. I said I'm not angry, I'm just unhappy because I can't work. He said, you're just angry. I said, how can you be sure that I'm angry? I can only choose to leave and find another hotel. It's strange that as a hotel receptionist, without any sense of service, how did he get this job?

Cons:

The water didn’t get hot and the rooms where not clean.. had to swap rooms cause the first one was absolutely awful and the second wasn’t much better

Very enjoyable and quiet. Staff also very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The carpet was dirty.I had to wear socks and even then you could feel your socks sticking to the carpet. My kids feet were black from walking on it. The pool water was dirty. The shower looked and felt disgusting. There was a lot of stuff falling about all over. The blow dryer didn’t work. Needs a major renovation!

Cons:

Rooms was awful! Couldn't shower cause the bathroom stunk and was just in bad shape. Wall had holes in it. Front door wouldn't work properly and looked to have been kicked in at some time. It was the worst room I think I've ever rented.

Worst hotel I’ve ever been in.

Everything. Nothing, booking.com misled me about the amenities at the location. I booked specifically for an indoor pool that did not exist. Staff would not refund my deposit. The first room was filthy. The tub was still full of dirt. They moved me to a second room that had a terrible smell; and my child (who has special needs) was immediately crying that it was making his head hurt. When I asked to be moved, she did, but was rude and unprofessional and told me she would not be moving me again regardless. The last room was less filthy, but still not clean, but at least it didn’t smell like a chemical spill. The bed was uncomfortable, the towels were worn. Overall one of my worst hotel stays ever.
