good service overall. The rooms smelled good and looked neat and cleaned. Breakfast was also part of the package which was good
The same manager who have been working there for years is always kind. The King size bed was comfortable. The gentleman that clean our room was very nice and kind.
I have stayed at the location many times. The last 3 years the inside of the elevators is a liability and needs work. The continental breakfast needs fresh pastries, fruit and yogurt . Non guest sneaking in side door at night siting around the pool area.
Didn't eat there
Shower didn't drain well at all
I got the property was pretty clean. It was close to everything that we needed. It was also close to things that we have been wanting to try
I did not like the breakfast. I thought that it wasn’t much of an option. The syrup was nasty. Waffles were nasty and when we try to take a shower to get ready for the concert, the night of the water was not hot.
Nothing honestly
There was a roach on the wall when I first arrived, bathroom needs new caulking, in joint rooms so i heard arguing, fighting, people peeing in their bathroom.
Look, I can give you all a rundown of the majority of the rooms in this hotel because unfortunately I have to stay there multiple times a week due to my job. Please understand that I have stayed on floors 1-4, and in multiple rooms on each over a long period of time. Sheets and comforter look bad, visible stains, hard to tell if they are clean. Carpets are not vacuumed well in most rooms. TV's don't respond well to remotes, or remote simply will not control the TV. Some staff members do not know how to properly make a key card, so have fun walking back down to the lobby for a working keycard. A/C-Heater combo's are noisy, but more importantly some do not shut off, or do not work. Some deadbolts in the rooms will not lock due to door frame issue. There are visible gaps around almost all main door frames. A/C-Heater combo filters have not been cleaned nor replaced in at least two years. Breakfast is normal for most hotels, however, the eggs are kind of gross, and the Bread Container hasn't been cleaned in forever, although the bread in it is likely fresh-stick with the waffles. The majority of the staff are nice folks, although a high turnover due to some allowing homeless people to hang out inside lobby. AND HERE IS THE #1 ISSUE, for the past two month, so since at least the beginning of Nov.2025- the water in the hotel rooms has been progressively getting worse- THE WATER IS NOT HOT, THERE IS NO WATER PRESSURE IN THE SINKS....let me say again-WATER IS NOT HOT!!!!!!!! you will get a cold shower, or you can take a sink bath, but good luck. I have no respect what-so-ever for the owner of this place: he does not care about fixing anything, this hotel has gone downhill since he took over. All of these things have been reported for not just months, but years by myself and my co-workers that are forced to stay there. Nothing gets done, repairs are said to have been done, and then you get another room with the same issue, or the same room you reported last week. One more issue, the beds are crap: you lay on these beds, they sink down or they are lopsided. King size beds are the only comfortable ones-period. To the OWNER- please sell this hotel!!! Don't pay for a room here...........!!!!!!!!
Nice
Nothing At All!!!
The TV Didn't Work
The Light In the Bathroom Didn't Work
Only The Light Over The Vanity Work.
And On Top Of All That . There Was No Hot Water. I Called The Front Desk To Let Them Know And Manger Tell Me To Let It Run For 15 Minutes. I Let It Run For 45 Minutes, No Hot Water. I Drove From Houston To Fort Worth To Put Flowers On My Mother's Grave 🪦. My Wife And I. No Hot Water That Night. Get Up The Next Day Still No Hot Water. I Let It Run For And Hour And Half. We Got Up And Checked Out. Go To The Front Desk To Talk To The Manger. Her Name Was Lacey. She Was So Apologetic And Told Me I Would Get A Full Refund. That Never Happened .
Did not eat
1 rm 207 shower had cold water (2 toilet seat was broken and hair all around it (3 bed lumpy bad mattress (4 dead bolt for door would not lock (5 odor coming from ac unit and (6 ice machine on 2nd floor did not work plus had an outdated filter from 2024 on it
Initially the place seemed very clean, and the staff friendly. The breakfast was good and offered for a few hours. I thought the room had a funny smell but it seemed clean so we went with it. During packing to leave we opened the curtains (for the first time) and noticed the comforter was stained with urine stains all over on the underside. That was the smell. So for 2 nights we unknowingly slept in urine stained beds.
Close to my destination.
Had to give the management a list of non working items in the room. Rooms halls dark. Both elevators were torn up and had damage and were looking uncared for.
Breakfast was very limited and no juices were offered
Access to
The location was good with a lot of good restaurants and shops nearby.
I stayed there for one week and I had to repeatedly ask for someone to clean the room. Basically, just picking up the trash from the paper basket and arranging the bed. In one week they did it two times and they made it look they are doing you a big favour.
