Le fait qu il garde votre clé de voiture à la réception et devoir passer pour la récupérer à chaque fois.
Ils nous ont fait payer 5€/peignoir de bain par personne. Du jamais vu dans un 4 étoiles !
4€ par personne pour acheter un bonnet de bain obligatoire pour leur piscine alors que cela n’était pas mentionné dans les informations sinon nous aurions pris les nôtres.
La salle de restaurant date des années 70!
Les lits 1 place très petits et inconfortables.
Le petit déjeuner 30€/ personne, tout est industriel, vraiment pas bon.
Le supposé jacuzzi du SPA est en fait une baignoire hydro massage dans lequel on ne rentre qu’à 2.
Les chambres sont sur chauffées et impossible à régler.
La vue sur la mer est superbe mais gâchée par le bruit incessant de la route.
La moquette de la chambre avait beaucoup de tâche. Le canapé recouvert d un drap blanc car il manquait la housse d un coussin. J’avais réservée une « chambre de luxe familiale »… Et enfin j’ai oublié ma doudoune dans la chambre, posée sur la chaise du bureau, je les ai appelé 3 fois pour qu ils me la renvoient par la poste et soit disant que la femme de chambre n’a rien trouvé !!

Pros:

stanza molto bella ed elegante, con splendida vista mare. ottima la qualità di asciugamani e lenzuola. bellissima zona fitness con piscina coperta.

Cons:

Avrei apprezzato ventola di aspirazione in bagno, oltre ad uno scaldasalviette e ad un piatto doccia meno scivoloso. Migliorabile anche la zona sauna/idromassaggio
