Hotel top, Viareggio flop
Pros:

Bello come sempre. Tutto perfetto. Gentili, onesti, cortesi. Ottimo servizio.

Cons:

Di notte, davanti all'hotel, mi hanno rotto il finestrino dell'auto per rubarmi qualcosa. Per fortuna l'allarme ha funzionato e il portiere è subito accorso. Di conseguenza, i ladri se ne sono andati a mani vuote. È un problema diffuso a Viareggio e, come mi hanno raccontato alcuni residenti, succede ogni notte. Quindi vi consiglio di parcheggiare nel garage dell'hotel: lì l'auto è più al sicuro.

camera con porta comunicante con camera accanto, bagno cieco con ventola scarsa. costo assurdo per il cane, 30 euro/notte considerando un cane come il nostro di piccola tagli che non perde pelo

Expérience très décevante – À éviter
Cons:

​Je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement pour les raisons suivantes :
​Gestion des réservations malhonnête :
L'hôtel met en location des chambres qui ne sont pas réellement disponibles. ​
Surclassement illusoire : On a tenté de nous faire croire qu'un passage dans une chambre plus petite constituait un "upgrade". Nous avons refusé ce manque de logique flagrant. ​
Service médiocre : Le personnel est loin d'être accueillant ; on a clairement l'impression de déranger. ​
État des lieux déplorable : C’est un vieil hôtel où l’on s’est contenté de repeindre maladroitement sur du vétuste. Le résultat est grossier et ne justifie en rien le standing prétendu. ​
Équipements en panne : La télévision n'est pas une Smart TV et, de toute façon, elle ne fonctionnait même pas. ​
Restauration : Le petit-déjeuner est tout juste correct, sans plus.
​En résumé, le rapport qualité-prix est inexistant. Passez votre chemin.
