La gentilezza e la cortesia di tutto il personale, dalla reception ai camerieri e gli inservienti, nonché la posizione fronte mare. Veramente un'ottima struttura!

Cons:

Magari la mancanza del balcone,ma forse solo perché avendo scelto la camera piccola non era possibile. È comunque stata una carenza superficiale.

As usual a great time in this hotel
Pros:

Very nicely located, the personnel warm and welcoming. Rooms are spacious and balcony is great. Beautiful view on the sea.

Cons:

Breakfast could be a bit more elaborated (more choices in the menu). Pets are allowed.

Da un hotel a 4 stelle non ci si aspetta un disservizio così

Siamo usciti al mattino alle 9,00 e siamo rientrati alle 17,00 e al nostro rientro la camera non era stata rifatta, dopo nostra segnalazione al portiere sono trascorsi oltre 40 minuti dopo un ulteriore sollecito per avere almeno degli asciugamani puliti. Incompetenza completa del personale

Emplacement, petit déjeuner

Cons:

Problème de fuite d eau dans la première chambre, la deuxième chambre problème de baignoire pas étanche et coule à côté inondations de la salle de bain à chaque douche, propreté faible pour un hôtel de 4 étoiles. Et très bruyant même avec les fenêtres fermées ont dirait que les voitures était à côté.

Abele leads the way to a most wonderful stay, again!

I have returned to the Sina Astor which is my special treat and the place I most look forward to all year.
Each year I am warmly greeted by Abele who is an absolute gem. He organises our logistics perfectly and literally cannot do enough for us. I honestly believe he is at the very heart of the reason why I return to the Sina Astor every year.
Abele is complimented alongside the excellent reception staff - Elena, with her bright smile, Marina- an absolute darling, Alessandro, not forgetting Oscar (at the night the desk). The hotel’s has 5 star staff that work together like clockwork to ensure all needs are met and questions answered. Elena anticipated the need for my children to watch the World Cup before I even asked. What a team!

The room was beautiful spacious, beds sumptuous and rooms cleaned regularly. The breakfast staff especially Martina were excellent with a perfect array of choice to cater for all diets. The hotel’s is perfectly located. I cannot compliment this hotel enough. I will be dreaming of the Sina Astor until I return next year.
