Aydinbey Queen's Palace & Spa - Ultra All Inclusive

Clean and tidy hotel. Wouldn't say it's a family spot more like a travel lodge equivalent back home in UK to give some sort of gage , local turkey hotel ( conferences and things going on .
Not much going on has a pool and some slides but that's it . Entertainment has to be paid for if you want it even the pool table . Short trip ok but family vacation I wouldn't say this is the place really for that

Lovely hotel nice rooms very clean , staff friendly and helpful, nice pools, the kids club was great for keeping the kids busy not much on in the evening but it was very early in season, good variety of food for all. Located next to land of legends so only a 10 min walk

Best hotel in Belek. First class service and attended to every need of ours espesh whilst travelling with a little baby. The Chinese restaurant food was 10/10 the best food I have tasted in whole of Turkey. From Room 4114 and 4112. Thank you for everything cannot wait to visit again.

Hotel is beautiful, 5 star treatment from the minute we walked in the door. All staff have been very accommodating, really pleasant experience. Animation is fantastic . Guest service staff have been fantastic, would highly recommend coming here and we will definitely be back.

Hotel was amazing!!! Visitor service were very accommodating. Food in a la carte restaurant was very tasty. And go they go out of their way to make you comfortable. Our guide really helpful with excursions. Animation was fantastic. And in bingo I won a prize.

Hotel is beautiful and nice. Food we have everything here to everyone’s taste. Thanks for cookers are very good. À la carte staff are made all fantastic. Reception team made fast check in. Thanks For customer service for all love and support in every aspect of our stay

The hotel facilities are very good. The buffet food is very delicious and the staff are helpful.

Upon booking this hotel (we appreciate we've come slightly out of season) - I reviewed and saw the fantastic reviews but our stay was good but not fantastic. Seeing review from April 2026 of other guests that have used the hotel - i don't find we had the same experience. Hotel was clean and tidy, food was fantastic & our eldest son never left the kids pool or going down the slides - was a perfect location for Land of Legends next door.
The negatives of our stay:
Air-conditioning in the room - told quite rudely by the reception staff (not for the first time) that the air-con can't be sorted in our room and this wasn't being looked at company wide until beginning of May - then proceeded to tell me it wasn't that hot at the moment, so get on with it and open the balcony door
Snack bar - non-existent, told this wouldn't open for a number of weeks and should stock up on food at Breakfast, Lunch & dinner
Kid's swimming pool - the amount of accidents we witnessed in 5 days was a joke, only after a girl had fallen on her eye and there was blood everywhere did they decide to put the mats (which were around the slide pool) around the kids pool!!!
Entertainment - non-existent.
Staff coming around asking about massages & using the SPA - when told we had already booked a day earlier and didn't want to go again, 1 member of staff told us you are English you have lots of money, go again! I spoke with a manager about this as he was really pushing this onto my partner and made her feel uncomfortable!!

Overall an average stay & wouldn't book again - Land of legends next door will be our next vacation.

Perfect location for land of legends. Very clean and friendly hotel and staff. Rooms are changed daily and towels, overall lovely experience

Brilliant hotel and service was amazing. Food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious. I was really impressed with how clean the entire hotel is, the staff keep it spotless l.

ar from a 5 star Hotel. The slides and pool were great but the slides were only on for 4 hours of the day, the 2 life guards were great with all the kids on site.

The food we thought was very poor, and all the other guests we spoke to thought the same, presented nicely as you see it at first glance but thats avout it. The outdoor snack bar only opened on our last day of our holiday which should have had exact dates specified online as we thought April is the start of the season. Only 1 (L'olive) of the alacart restraunts was open, the food in their was OK. There a kids buffet section but they didn't open this.

When describing the entertainment best description is what entertainment. The activities through the day were darts at 12 and darts 4, and this was only on 2 days of the 7 we were there. Evening entertainment they have a kids mini disco on in a tiny room downstairs where they paly the likes of baby shark for 30mins and thats it for the smaller kids. Then in the upstairs conservatory bit they had 3 nights of entertainment whilst we were on holiday and only for 1 hour a night(and one of the nights it was bingo) and the room is full of heavy smokers so ahain this room not child friendly.

The staff were brilliant apart from 2, theres a lad walks around trying to sell the spa service, asks you around 5 times a day of you'd like to buy a service and tries to give you a deal but its quite annoying as hes pushy when you just want to relax around the pool. The entertainment man also is shocking, shocking as he doesnt even do any entertainment, 2nd he asked us if we want to go night clubbing(at a cost for them to make profit) away from the hotel to which we said we have children and he replied just leave them in the room which we thought was shocking of him. Then when we were eating in the L'olive restraunt having evening meal he came into restraunt telling us bingo is on in a couple hours time and wanted us to gove him money there and then for it.

The beach club they have is only seasonal aswell they said which you again would think April like all other hotels , the exact dates should be stated for this also.

The main entertainment stage at the back was closed as they said this is seasonal, again this should be stated online with exact dates.

In and Around the hotel its quite run down, dirty in places, not well maintained, broken tiles, faulty electricals, over grown with weeds, places needing fresh paint everywhere, as you walk in at the entrance of the hotel rubbish everywhere.

Overall for a family I would avoid this hotel and go elsewhere.

The hotel is gorgeous, clean and plenty to do!
My children have loved the kids club especially.
Location has been great also.

This hotel is definitely not 5 star. From simple things like the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms to the quality of the food.
The wall paper in our room was hanging off, there was mould round the door to the balcony, the air con didn’t work and we told them but were told “it will be working doing what it should do” meanwhile we had it on 16 degrees the lowest it would go and it was blowing out extreme hot air.
The staff were not helpful or welcoming at all, no information was given to us, the restaurant weren’t open, we only got to the italian because there was enough people interested, the asian restaurant didn’t open once.
The snack bar wasn’t open and the pool took 3 days to get cleaned after it turned green one night.
Also regarding the night club, this is a family hotel and there is head thumping music blaring every night. Our room was on the 3rd floor and the nightclub was on floor 0 and our room was shaking with the music. We phone reception to simply ask for it to be turned down and they hung up so my partner went down to reception to ask as it woke us up and was told “we will shut the door” as if that made any difference.
Definitely will not be returning!
