The hotel is 6398 feet away from the beach, and there is a free shuttle in front of the hotel every 20 minutes.
Beach shuttle and services are offered between 15 May and 31 October.
Animation / live music / performance / shows are available between 01 April - 31 October.
Our à la carte restaurants are free of charge only once for stays of 7 nights or more. Reservation is required 1 day in advance.
Outdoor facilities may not be available or activities can be postponed due to weather conditions.
Guests are required to present the credit card that was used to make the booking upon check-in. Guests that used third party credit cards must present a scanned copy of the card and an authorization letter with the a copy of the card holder's passport. Guests that fail to submit the above will be charged again and must pay up front for the full payment of their stay. The previously charged amount will be refunded to the credit card that was used originally.

Staff were extremely friendly & attentive.
The pool was closed due to weather .. this is not the staff fault or hotel. Just the season we went however indoor pool was open & it was heated so it was great.

It literally includes everything from breakfast to dinner to cafes and pool bars and ice creams. We also informed them it was our honeymoon and they gifted us an in room breakfast for 1 day
Nothing
We are a family of 5 and stayed at Aydinbey for 8 nights from 27th August. The hotel itself is quite nice and spacious. We had two rooms which were of a good size. One double and one single in each. Each room had a mini fridge which was topped up daily with bottles of water and small peach fruit cartons. We had a turn down service almost every day. Just make sure you press the “ make my room” button so the house keeping is aware. Small toiletries are provided. You also have a digital safe in the room. Outdoor area has plenty of sun loungers, but try to get there early. Swimming pool and water slides kept the kids entertained. My kids are to old of the animation shows, so we didn’t see any of them. Midnight late evening meals were a nice touch. very close to land of legends, which is handy for the night shows.
Food was a bit of a hit and miss. The flavours are not what we are accustomed to in the UK. They had outdoor BBQ every night, but the meat had no marination. It was very plain and lacked flavour. Only on one night did they have donor meat. Although they did have a lot of food, for my taste buds it was a little bland.
The night club being just below our room kept us awake until 1am.
They don’t have an iron for you to use. Best take your own.
Laundry service is also quite expensive. We got our laundry done from outside.
Local cabs are very expensive. Be prepared to pay rip off tourist prices.
Paid €25 to go to Belek and back on the first day.
It costs around £50 to go to Antalya one way. Try to hire a car if you can. We did after two days and it worked out soo much cheaper. Hotel has parking available.
Over all I would say that this is not an all out 5 star hotel. It’s more like a budget 5 star hotel. It can’t really be compared to the bigger 5 star hotels around here like Delphin etc.

очереди в ресторане всегда, еда посредственная… коктейли тоже, уборка в номере с чаевыми- очень слабая, полы не мытые за 5 дней ни разу, пришлось песок в ванной самой убирать
Property close to big shopping area where you can walk and buy good brands and spend time. Beach is 4 mins by private shuttle, sauna, hamam, animation at night, big swimming areas.
The main buffet had less food options than I expected, for example kebabs or other Turkish meats, no seafood options at all, I saw maybe one fish during lunch time. Sometimes you have to stay for while to wait for omelette. The cleanliness of beach could be improved especially for restroom. You have to stay al least 6 nights to use other restaurants free even you have all inclusive package. The walls or rooms are not sound proof

Staff were amazing shout out - Nicole was warming & helpful always. Kids club was disappointing. Water slides closed for the winter period which was frustrating as we were not told beforehand. The main bar was fab, the others were closed. Kids entertainment in the evenings was lacking, 20 minutes of directed song and dance and no adaptations. Club closed after the 20 minutes giving kids no time to play and make friends. Kids club asked to pay extra for painting or we were left to entertain kids with no interaction from the staff member running it.
Food options varied and they were decent. Chicken nuggets and chips for the kids got boring and kids survived off chips for pretty much every meal. Breakfast options were great. Mealtimes were good. Had the food bar been open outside, that would have been helpful.
The rooms were always cleaned well and we were left juice boxes and water to help ourselves too which was brilliant. The cleaners were kind and considerate of the fact we went with young children and didn't mind waiting or coming back if we needed the room before they started. The noise level around the hotel was calm and relaxed, nothing major to say there.
Though we had booked as a family of 6, we were only given enough bedspace for 4.
Location was good, right by Land of Legends and a walk from the beach, though directions got a bit confusing so we never went.
Overall it was a mostly good experience.
Great family hotel. Plenty of activities and staff were always happy and helpful. Spacious room and it was obvious the staff work hard to keep all areas clean and tidy. Entertainment staff were great, especially the pool, darts and bowls games each day.
Only criticism would be that the restaurant seemed understaffed and very busy.
Myself and my wife had the most amazing massage at the spa. Best massage I’ve ever had however we didn’t appreciate the ‘up selling’ at the end.
Short distance from legends theme park which was also amazing. Great hotel if you want a family getaway which won’t break the bank.
