The hotel is 1950 meters away from the beach, and there is a free shuttle in front of the hotel every 20 minutes.
Beach shuttle and services are offered between 01 May and 31 October.
Animation / live music / performance / shows are available between 01 April - 31 October.
Our à la carte restaurants are free of charge only once for stays of 7 nights or more. Reservation is required 1 day in advance.
Outdoor facilities may not be available or activities can be postponed due to weather conditions.
Guests are required to present the credit card that was used to make the booking upon check-in. Guests that used third party credit cards must present a scanned copy of the card and an authorization letter with the a copy of the card holder's passport. Guests that fail to submit the above will be charged again and must pay up front for the full payment of their stay. The previously charged amount will be refunded to the credit card that was used originally.

Good Family Resort, But Not a Luxury Experience
Excellent facilities for families with children. The water park, beach, and all-inclusive food options kept our kids happy throughout the stay. The resort offers good value for money. It caters more to Turkish local taste which is not necessarily a bad thing, you get to experience their culture and food more.
However, cleanliness could be improved, and the buffet became very crowded during peak times. Our final impression was also affected by a couple of staff interactions that felt unnecessarily unfriendly, especially considering this is a family-oriented resort.
Everything is really perfect. The Guest service staffs are amazing. Many thanks for Hilal, Begüm, Nikita, Dilara and Su. We want to come again this hotel and thanks for Aydinbey Hotels.
Very good atmosphere and animation. Grateful value and visitor service very helpful and funny and found our lost things. Also thanks to Ibrahim for kindness. You are the best.
Great guest relations they were very professional an good in every aspect of our holiday. Also reception and bar were very professional and great. They gave us grat room and super cocktails.

Just returned from 8 days here. It is certainly not a 5 star hotel, more like a 3. The good parts of this hotel are the rooms are nice/spacious & i found all the staff were pleasant. Our holiday was very disappointing because of our stay here, there is nothing whatsoever in the area other than Land of Legends, which appeals more so to kids. If you're the type that likes to stay at your hotel, I would consider paying more & stay at one of the "real" 5 star ones. Belek itself is like a ghost town. We went 3 times just to escape the horrible hotel food & honestly dont know how the shop/restaurants stay open due to lack of tourists. The hotel beach is a 5 minute bus ride but again, certainly not 5 star quality & not really worthwhile going. For me what spoilt the hotel was the amount of rude, ignorant, obnoxious foreign guests who let their children run havoc. The lobby resembles a kids nursery at times. The restaurant was like feeding time at the zoo, definitely not a relaxing environment. We lived on chips for the week as the food is very questionable. The area around the pool is a death trap, everyone slips/falls no matter what footwear on this slippy flooring. There is constant music poolside too, dont bother putting headphones in as you wont hear anything above the sound. Inside the lobby/hallways is also high gloss tiles where i also took a nasty fall. The Queens Bar is literally where a lot congregate on an evening as there's nothing else to do. Bed linens weren't changed in 8 days though towels are. I would definitely NOT recommend this hotel, it seriously needs to reduce cost & change to a 3 star rating!!!

Plus points on this hotel great staff , good bar and drinks, very clean . Food good . Negative , dining room on evening so busy its hard to get seats at times , entertainment split into 2 areas would be better in 1 . Pool area floors get very slippy on the whole a good family hotel

women who take care of the children are amazing, can’t say nothing bad about it, 5 of my children enjoy company of all the beautiful womens who take care of the kids ❤️😍
My experience at this hotel was amazing the most important part of this holiday was the mini kids club this is because the staff members Melike, Gamze and Sena were incredibly hardworking, making sure every child was included and safe. They were very playful and funny, which helped the children feel relaxed and happy, and the kids clearly
loved being around them. The mini disco was fantastic, full of energy and laughter, and the girls did a great job getting all the children involved and having fun.
We in all honesty’s enjoyed the kids mini club , it was fantastic . We came as a family , and every night we were watching the kids mini disco they had catchy songs that made the children follow along and all loved. There were three women who worked in the mini kids club their names are gamze , melike and sena. They were all were so friendly and lovely constantly entertaining everyone and continuously making everyone feel welcome. They are hard working women , who I would most definitely trust my child with. 🌸🌸
Good hotel, great location and a much better staff that are very engaging and respectful.
