Important information:

The hotel is 6398 feet away from the beach, and there is a free shuttle in front of the hotel every 20 minutes.
Beach shuttle and services are offered between 15 May and 31 October.
Animation / live music / performance / shows are available between 01 April - 31 October.
Our à la carte restaurants are free of charge only once for stays of 7 nights or more. Reservation is required 1 day in advance.
Outdoor facilities may not be available or activities can be postponed due to weather conditions.

Номер не плохой, свежие матрасы, на этом всё, больше нечего добавить.

Cons:

Адрес: после успешного бронирования я получил от букинга адрес отеля на почту, но по этому адресу находится другой отель.

Халаты не предоставляют, чтобы попасть в spa и получить полотенца нужно сходить за карточками на ресепшен, сразу при заселении их не дают. И даже на это можно закрыть глаза, но!!! Есть какой-то важный человек в отеле, который в рандомный момент приказывает не выдавать полотенца гостям по непонятным причинам!

Spa : маленький, в парной нет пара и персонал говорит , что это норма. Сауна не прогрета до нужной температуры. Бассейн крытый маленький. Куча людей низкого контингента. Персонал спа зоны грубый и нервный! На вопрос "почему в парной нет пара?", он значительно повысил тон и начал демонстративно уходить и кричать , что это нормально для турецкой бани.

Снек бары пустые в прямом смысле слова. Есть несколько сухих печенек.

Еда не вкусная! Вся пресная!! Блюда не подписаны и это огромный минус для людей если у них на какой-то компонент может быть аллергия. Официантов нет, которые следят за напитками и уборкой столов , обновления приборов. Может они и есть, но работу свою исполняют плохо. Турецких или обычных чашек для чая нет. Пить приходилось в картонных стаканах. Мухи летают прямо в ресторане , это с тем , что только март месяц! На наших глазах упавшая на пол похлава, была поднята поваром с пола и возращена на шведский стол. Количество столов не расчитано на то количество людей, которое они заселяют, выходит кто не успел тому просто негде кушать, происходит борьба за место, это ужас.

Коктейли: бармен не знает, что такое апероль и пытается сделать его из того что есть) на барах огромные очереди.

Уровень английского: хороший уровень английского был всего лишь у одного человека- это парковщик.

Этому отелю от силы можно поставить максимум 2 звезды. Я уверен, что звёзды куплены так как мы отдахыли во многих отелях в Анталии в этой же ценовой категории.

Pros:

Staff were extremely friendly & attentive.

Cons:

The pool was closed due to weather .. this is not the staff fault or hotel. Just the season we went however indoor pool was open & it was heated so it was great.

The overall stay is good for families, kids, short termers not more than week
Pros:

Property close to big shopping area where you can walk and buy good brands and spend time. Beach is 4 mins by private shuttle, sauna, hamam, animation at night, big swimming areas.

Cons:

The main buffet had less food options than I expected, for example kebabs or other Turkish meats, no seafood options at all, I saw maybe one fish during lunch time. Sometimes you have to stay for while to wait for omelette. The cleanliness of beach could be improved especially for restroom. You have to stay al least 6 nights to use other restaurants free even you have all inclusive package. The walls or rooms are not sound proof

Pros:

It literally includes everything from breakfast to dinner to cafes and pool bars and ice creams. We also informed them it was our honeymoon and they gifted us an in room breakfast for 1 day

Comfortable but not exceptional.
Pros:

We are a family of 5 and stayed at Aydinbey for 8 nights from 27th August. The hotel itself is quite nice and spacious. We had two rooms which were of a good size. One double and one single in each. Each room had a mini fridge which was topped up daily with bottles of water and small peach fruit cartons. We had a turn down service almost every day. Just make sure you press the “ make my room” button so the house keeping is aware. Small toiletries are provided. You also have a digital safe in the room. Outdoor area has plenty of sun loungers, but try to get there early. Swimming pool and water slides kept the kids entertained. My kids are to old of the animation shows, so we didn’t see any of them. Midnight late evening meals were a nice touch. very close to land of legends, which is handy for the night shows.

Cons:

Food was a bit of a hit and miss. The flavours are not what we are accustomed to in the UK. They had outdoor BBQ every night, but the meat had no marination. It was very plain and lacked flavour. Only on one night did they have donor meat. Although they did have a lot of food, for my taste buds it was a little bland.
The night club being just below our room kept us awake until 1am.
They don’t have an iron for you to use. Best take your own.
Laundry service is also quite expensive. We got our laundry done from outside.
Local cabs are very expensive. Be prepared to pay rip off tourist prices.
Paid €25 to go to Belek and back on the first day.
It costs around £50 to go to Antalya one way. Try to hire a car if you can. We did after two days and it worked out soo much cheaper. Hotel has parking available.
Over all I would say that this is not an all out 5 star hotel. It’s more like a budget 5 star hotel. It can’t really be compared to the bigger 5 star hotels around here like Delphin etc.
