The hotel is 1,950 meters from the beach, and a free shuttle runs in front of the hotel every 20 minutes.
Beach shuttle and services are offered between May 1st and October 31st.
Animation/live music/performance, and shows are available between 01 April and 31 October.
Our à la carte restaurants are free of charge only once for stays of 7 nights or more. Reservation is required 1 day in advance.
Outdoor facilities may be unavailable, or activities may be postponed due to weather conditions.
Guests are required to present the credit card used to make the booking at check-in.
Guests who use third-party credit cards must present a scanned copy of the card, an authorisation letter, and a copy of the cardholder's passport. Guests who fail to submit the above will be charged again and must pay upfront for the full cost of their stay. The previously charged amount will be refunded to the original credit card.

The indoor swimming pool is heated throughout the winter season.
Alcoholic beverages are served until 00:00. Non-alcoholic beverages are available 24 hours a day.
Our À la carte restaurants are open; however, service hours may vary depending on demand and cannot be guaranteed.
Service hours and locations may change or be cancelled depending on weather conditions and the decision of the hotel management.
The gala dinner on December 31st 2026, is included in the price.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Great location, especially being only around a 10 min walk from Land of Legends. The water slides were really good and the girls enjoyed them. The staff were also friendly and helpful whenever we asked for anything.
Unfortunately, quite a few things let the hotel down. It didn’t feel like a 5star resort. The food was quite bland and repetitive, and our rooms weren’t prepared correctly for 5 people, we had 3 girls and there were only 2 single beds in their room, we had to ask for an extra bed which was very uncomfortable. We were also told before travelling that shampoo, conditioner and shower gel would be provided, but there was no conditioner. There weren’t enough towels or slippers for everyone either. The hotel could have been cleaner and better maintained, even the main reception counter was dirty and sticky. The pool ice cream/slushie stations and water slides closing around 4pm felt far too early during the summer. No food outlets open after 1:00am. The beach area food outlet also had quite a few flies and wasps, which put us off using the drinks area.

عاملة النضافة لم تنضف جيدااا والمكان يحتاج إلى بعض الصيانة الخفيفة وكذلك اصناف الحلو ليست جيدة.
Alles, es war atemberaubend!! Tolle Unterhaltung bestes essen aller art zu den besten Zeiten!! Ich würde hier immer wieder herkommen vorallem aufgrund des pools und der poolbar, täglich spiele und konzerte vorallem Tänze aller art!!
