Great location - good for short stay - not for couples experience
Pros:

The location was great. Very central and easy to walk to anywhere in Chatswood. The staff were friendly and held our bags while we explored until our room was ready and again once we checked out so that we could make the most of the day before heading home.

Cons:

We were looking forward to using the pool and found out after we made the booking that it was closed for renovations. Only found our the day before our stay which was disappointing. The rooms were clean but dated. Not recommended for a couple retreat.

Cons:

The staff were not helpful. We booked for the pool specifically, which was out of service. There was no communication on this. We couldnt get a refund. The room was poor. It was just the worst stay. Our worst booking experience and customer service we have ever experienced. If your facilities are not working, notify your customers.

The staff was good .close to train and bus .

Cons:

Pillows was hard as a rock need bit maintenance like clean fridge out. curtains need put back on curtains rod tell people about swimming close before they stay there notday before they arrive

Not happy staying.
Pros:

It will be our last time to book this hotel

Cons:

The bed so soft and old, no dish soap and cleaning pad to wash dishes. Washer not working ，can’t dry the towels and clothes .No bath mats for the shower. So slip and we all are senior. And two times fire alarm, my 91 years old mom had to walk down the stairs twice . Horrible experience .

Ok, venue suited us, but would be better if updated.
Pros:

Great location, handy to station, shops & restaurants. Reception staff were helpful and quickly remedied issue with door access code after 3 days when it failed. Asked if we could store luggage from 11am on day of arrival, but were able to access our room early which was great.

Cons:

Very dated, needs a renovation. Kitchen surfaces looked dirty, but I bought cleaning product and cloths and the bench surfaces were clean, just didn’t look at it, probably due to the colour. Didn’t use oven or stove top as they looked dirty & greasy as did the splash back. Stayed for 8 nights and room was not surfaced, but the website does say it would be cleaned after 7 days, I think for an 8 day stay as service after 4 or 5 days would be much better.

Pros:

Great location and very generous rooms. Comfortable beds.

Cons:

The apartment was dirty. Every glass in the cupboards had dried juice in them. A couple of plates had dried food on them. The carpet was gritty. The bathrooms had a lot of mould. The kitchen door had thick dust on the back. The ironing board was rusty and broken. No phones worked so we had to go downstairs to ask for towels. There was even rubbish under the beds. We paid $951 for 2 nights so it wasn't that cheap that would warrant such poor hygiene.
