Pros:

- Bestes Frühstück jemals in einem Hotel in EU, wirklich stark
- Sehr nettes Personal und insgesamt sehr familiär - viele Stammgäste
- Sehr gutes Essen
- Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Cons:

- Leider lässt der Eingangsbereich eher vermuten, dass man sich hier in einem Altenheim / Schönheitsklinik befindet. Man vermisst eine gemütliche Lobby
- Jammern auf hohem Niveau aber: Niemand begrüßt einen bei Anfahrt mit dem Auto, keiner nimmt proaktiv das Gepäck entgegen / parkt das Auto etc. - bei >€500/N kann man das schon erwarten..
- Das Hotel versucht sich zu verjüngen und tut dafür auch echt viel. NIchtsdestotrotz ist es schon eher ein Hotel für Pärchen jenseits der 60/70 und wir waren eine der wenigen, wenigen Familien.

Rundum gelungener Familienkurzurlaub!
Pros:

Uns haben die sehr gut ausgestatteten Zimmer und der schöne Spa-Bereich super gut gefallen. Das angeschlossene Restaurant können wir jedem empfehlen. Alle, wirklich alle Mitarbeitende sind immer hilfsbereit, kompetent, aufmerksam und super freundlich!

Cons:

Wir haben nichts negatives festgestellt. Selbst das Wetter war gut.

Schönes Hotel mit guter Lage am Hafen. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und nett, Essen sehr gut. Wir mussten aus familiären Gründen frühzeitig abreisen, das Hotel war sehr hilfsbereit, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Wir planen, wiederzukommen!

Wir haben unsere vier Tage auf Sylt sehr genossen und würden das Hotel Fährhaus jederzeit empfehlen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und bis 12 Uhr mittags möglich, was wir im Urlaub sehr genossen haben.
