Amazing hotel
Pros:

The hotel is very beautiful the staff Bassam,Hisham,Asad,Ismael and the manger Nihad is very nice with the hotel guests where very kind respectful helpful and welcoming the service was excellent the hotel room was comfortable loved the balcony this is my second visit to this hotel very happy and pleased with the atmosphere if I come to Istanbul again I will definitely book with this hotel

Das Personal war sehr Bemüht, es war sehr Sauber. Allerdings war das Frühstück sehr einseitig, das war auch die einzigste Kritik. Zufrieden waren wir trotzdem sehr.

Le personel a était correct,l'emplacement de l'hotel vis a vis des lieux a promener était pas mal mais l'endroit est mal fréquenté et sale,la chambre familial avez la tapisserie en tres mauvaise état,il y avait des moisissure dans le plafond de la chambre est dans la salle de bain,aucune prise dans les chambre en bref affreux séjour dans cet hotel.

Je déconseille cet hôtel à échappé absolument
Pros:

Quelle désastre nous avons commander pour 4 nuit dans une chambre soit disant pour une chambre double du coup il nous ont donner une chambre à peine suffisant pour une personne
Quand on et parti voir le réceptionniste il nous a demandé de paye 85 euro en plus pour avoir une chambre plus grande
A éviter cet hôtel une grande arnaque à part la superficie ridicule de la chambre la serviette pour 2 personne déchiré lit pas propre fenêtre difficile à ouvrir porte de terrasse condamnée par un placard
