Pros:

The hotel facilities are new. The room is spacious enough. Staffs are very nice here and the breakfast is also good. Food in the hotel-owned restaurant are delicious and not expensive, just have a try. It is very convenient for parking if you drive a car.

Parfait pour se détendre, bel établissement.
Pros:

L'hôtel est très beau, très propre, la chambre spacieuse et plus que conforme à mes attentes.
La piscine est fantastique, le personnel agréable. Bref, c'est un hôtel où l'on se sent bien.

Cons:

L'emplacement n'est pas idéal, loin du centre-ville, et peu de restaurants aux alentours. Cependant l'hôtel dispose d'un restaurant (que nous n'avons pas testé).

Très bon rapport qualité prix, la piscine, les chambres et la literie sont formidables et le personnel adorable !

Cons:

Petit point négatif sur le minibar, le frigo ne marchait pas ce qui fait que les produits n'étaient pas consommables
L'établissement est également excentré donc pour un long séjour ce n'est pas forcément l'idéal
Le bruit de la circulation était important dans la chambre

Pros:

My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The staff are truly exceptional – always kind, respectful, and ready to help with anything I needed. Their warm hospitality and professional behavior made me feel very welcome and comfortable throughout my stay.

The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained, but what really makes it special is the amazing team who work here. They created such a positive atmosphere and made my experience unforgettable.

I sincerely thank the entire staff for their excellent service and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for both comfort and outstanding hospitality.

Good, clean and safe hotel.
Pros:

I first and formost appreciate how kind the staff were, they spoke perfect English and were really helpful. The hotel was very clean and the service in general was good. The location was ok, 30 minutes from the main city in Yerevan which is like 3000k amd on Yandex.

Cons:

However if I were to write any points of improvements I would recommend to improve the selection and quantity of the breakfast section.
