Ok for a cheaper short stay
Pros:

I came to do the Bowral Classic bike ride, so the accommodation was adequate for what I needed.
Location was convenient for cafes and restaurants etc.

Cons:

It's an older building and a bit tired. I was woken by people moving in the corridor and the floor creaking.
One toilet in the shared bathroom was out of order.
