A great boutique hotel in Granada centre.
Pros:

The hotel receptionist and the staff were very helpful. The room was very clean and very comfortable beds. Hotel location is very good. Easy walking distance to main town and also within easy reach of local buses for public transport. Breakfast was very basic at a local cafe within 5 min walk.
We were able to park our car at Palacio de Congresos ..24 hours parking 7 min walk near hotel.

Cons:

Would be great if there were more hooks to hang your clothes in the bathroom. The towel racks were very high.
And also a stand to put your suitcase.

Es war sehr sauber und hatte eine sehr schöne Lobby mit stilvollem Innenhof

Cons:

Das schlechte, zwischenzeitlich immer wieder aufsetzende W-LAN
Die schlecht isolierten Fenster und die Hellhörigkeit zu anderen Zimmern.

Basic Hotel and very noisey.
Pros:

Location, although 40 minute walk to the Alambhra at least.

Cons:

Very basic hotel . Awful nights sleep, noise echoes all around in this hotel and you can hear everyone outside too. Being in the city I understand it will have some noise but saying that we just came from Seville in a city location and it was absolutely fine . Will not be returning.

Las camas de matrimonio eran un poco justas. A partir de las 17h no hay nadie en recepción. Debes trasladarte a otro establecimiento para poder dejar las maletas

Disappointing compared to its Booking rating
Pros:

On the positive side, the location is good, and the room was clean and decently equipped. The reception staff were also helpful and polite, which I appreciated.

Cons:

The negatives were significant enough to affect the stay.

The biggest issue was the noise. Honestly, from that point of view, it could almost be called “Hotel de Papel” :). Not only could noises from the neighboring rooms be heard very clearly, but also people speaking loudly in the corridors, with the sound carrying straight into the room. On top of that, there was furniture being dragged across the floor every single day of my stay, which was extremely disturbing.

Wi-Fi was an absolute disaster. It was one of the worst hotel internet connections I have experienced.

Another disappointing point was the parking situation. The hotel description mentions parking, which creates the impression that the hotel provides or secures it in some way. In reality, it is a public parking garage where hotel guests receive 10% discount. It is not guaranteed at all. I arrived over the weekend and there were no places left, so I had to park nearby at roughly double the cost, without any discount. I find the way this is presented in the hotel description quite misleading.

In summary, while the location and basic room conditions were acceptable, the noise, terrible Wi-Fi, and misleading parking information made the experience disappointing overall.
