Pros:

Staff and cleanliness is always top notch. I dont stay anywhere else. The valet and the secure parking garage is an amazing amenity.

Wonderful stay at the Northern Hotel. Felt a bit like staying in an old western hotel. Only much more comfortable. Staff took great care of us. Thank you.

Exceptional staff and wonderful stay
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally helpful. We were flying out early the next day and needed to leave our car there along with stuff we couldn’t take on the plane. They kept our car in their coveted parking and even took our stuff to the car while r loaded early in their suv for our shuttle. The restaurant staff were great too. Food was excellent. The beds and view were wonderful. My only regret was our stay was too short. I will definitely stay there again.
