Perfectly pleasant place for a couple of nights in Grand Rapids.
Pros:

It's a good location, great access to and from the highway, and quite a few restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

Cons:

If I had one complaint, it would be that the front desk staff didn't ask or remind me to validate my first night's parking. I was in a hurry to meet my sister wound up paying $72 to get out of the parking garage.

Every thing was great except the noise of the people above us both nights had the same issue!
Pros:

I liked how close it was to food and stuff to do!

Cons:

I didn’t like how the people above us were loud and up all night…… My three children were up at 3 AM because of the noise above us!

Location was okay and convenient. Coffee was ready.

Cons:

The room didn't really match the picture. No soap in the shower. No cleaning of the room during nights of stay.
