Perfekt. Wenn wir wieder hierher kommen, ist das für uns die erste Adresse
Pros:

Wir waren zum Mountainbiken dort und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles war ideal: die Sauna, das Essen und die angenehme Atmosphäre. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt finde ich allerdings die Auswahl auf der Speisekarte etwas zu klein. Das Essen war jedoch sehr lecker und das Personal ausgesprochen aufmerksam. Insgesamt war alles sehr gut.

Il bagno era grande.

Cons:

Avevamo prenotato una camera a tre letti. Arrivate, il terzo letto non era fatto e non c’erano neanche gli asciugamani per la terza persona. Il telefono non andava e quindi sono dovuta scendere per dire di fare la camera. Da prima del mio arrivo, mi hanno letteralmente tempestata di messaggi su come erano felici che arrivavamo, e io ho chiesto la colazione gluten free per noi tre. Al momento della colazione c’era solo cibo salato col glutine. Ho chiesto all’unica cameriera in sala che dopo 40 minuti ha portato del pane posso ed insapore senza glutine. Questo perché lei non capiva il tedesco, mi ha detto poi la sua collega, ma poteva parlarmi in inglese.. nel bagno il phon non andava e non hanno potuto cambiarvelo perché in settimana ne avevano già sostituiti tre. È un problema mio? Che comprino phon migliori. Sotto il letto c’era un gomitolo di polvere. Armadio all’aperto, quindi altro ricettacolo per la polvere.

Der Hirschen in St. Märgen immer eine gute Adresse im Schwarzwald.
Pros:

Wir haben zum Abschluss einer 3wöchigen Reise herrliche Tage im Hirschen verbracht. Die gebuchte Zimmerkategorie entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Katharina Lausterer und das ganze Team haben uns besten versorgt. Zum Abschluss des Tages im Restaurant zu speisen und zu genießen war uns eine außergewöhnliche Freude.

È una struttura bella con belle camere, ottima colazione anche se prevalentemente salata. Tutto di qualità. Merita assolutamente la cena in albergo. Ci siamo fermati una notte di ritorno in Italia e siamo rimasti assolutamente soddisfatti di tutto. La spa eccezionale. Lo staff super gentile e disponibile
