The hotel was located next to green square which gives you easy access via train to city centre. If you are active people like me and my partner the most scenic route to take is by using there lime bikes. Simply download the app top up using there packages, do not use singularly as a lot more expensive.
Bed was really comfy and the staff very friendly. Was a great stay for 13 nights and would Deifnately return again.
The cleaning of the room was not the best had to request the room to be cleaned, toilet paper topped up and our floor vacuumed.
Good location in terms of being close to a very good train station with excellent connections to the airport and the touristic areas of Sydney.
It was not clean enough. We stayed for two weeks and had two rooms. Room service was very poor. They said cleaning would be done every two days, but sometimes three or even four days passed. We often had to go to reception just to get toilet paper.
The rooms were never properly cleaned — they were only tidied up slightly, and the bathrooms, especially the toilets, were often left dirty. This is unacceptable.
In addition, there were no facilities for breakfast or dinner, the car park was extremely expensive, and the surrounding area felt dirty and industrial.
It was not good value for money.

The bed was extremely comfortable however I didn't have a bedside table on my side of the bed as the telephone took up all the room. The shower was lovely and spacious. The staff were friendly. Hotel is in a good area and also good value for money.

Personnel absent ou peu informé. Restaurant fermé. Les serviettes ne sont changées que si vous le demandez et il n’y a rien pour les suspédre, elles ne sèchent pas. Aucune ou erture, ou aération l'air est malsain et mauvaises odeurs...
