急遽GWの琵琶湖に行くことになったのですが、近辺のホテルがとれなかったのでこちらに泊まりました。エキストラベッドのお願いをしておいたので用意してくれてあってとても助かりました。アダルト専用ホテルでしたが部屋はふつうのホテルっぽい内装だったのと、お風呂が広くてゆっくりできたのでとても快適でした。フロントの方も優しかったです。また琵琶湖に行く時は利用したいと思いました。

残念です

施設側に問題は無いと思いますがホテルズドットコムさん側に問題があると思います。
今回家族旅行で大人2人・子供1人(11歳)で検索をかけておりこちらのパームスホテルがヒットしたので予約を取り実際に行ってみましたところラブホテル街のところでおかしいとは思いながらも受付で確認したところカジュアルホテルだと仰られておりましたが間違いなくラブホテルでした。
小学生の子連れの検索でこのようなところを紹介するのはいかがなものでしょうか？
残念で仕方ないです。
楽しみにしておりました旅行がとても残念な結果となりました。
これからは違うところで検索する事にします。

Great value for the price. Hotel staff was so helpful even though they couldn’t speak very good English, they tried their best to communicate & accommodate! Breakfast can be ordered at extra cost & sent to the room, but 825yen for 3 sets of breakfast! Great price and the food was neatly prepared for the price they charge!
