Spending night there for 3 days/ four nights in preparation for m client's 250 pax dinner at the hotel's ballroom.
The room: very comfy, clean. Everything is just right and made to make my stay comfortable.
Breakfast: no complain, just the right choices.
Banquet services at the ballroom: now this is above my expectation. Being an event organizer that have dealt with so many hotel banquets and services, what I experienced at the this hotel is more than just the ordinary. The banquet team were very helpful and friendly, gave perfect solutions to all of our needs. One day prior to my event, they provide a special meeting supported with good meeting equipments and enough FnB in one of their meeting rooms. All of their related works people were there and were being very resourceful: from the banquet supervisor, people, kitchen, chefs, maintenance, guests-relations to the security guy. They were all present. And during the event, everything went so smooth, the food were delicious and they were available even until after the gathering's over. They did not run out. The banquet people are always ready to serve our almost 250 pax guests, keepingbthe food and drinks always available while keeping the place clean and tidy.. It was a great gathering, my client were also happy with the hotel. The people at The Zuri Hotel have proven and shown that their excellence in hotel & banquet services are the best in Pekanbaru. Thank you The Zuri, you have great service people working at your hotel and you should be proud of that. I highly recommend The Zuri Pekanbaru for any of tiur gatherings and banquet events in Pekanbaru

The rooms are spacious and clean, thanks to the great house keeping staff, Sangeetha, Jeeva, and Prasath. The hotel at the hotel restaurants are also great. The transport services provided between hotel and office and also between hotel and airport are excellent.

The facility is very good. Any pool for adult and child. The breakfast was so good with delicious taste. The room is very clean and super comfy. WiFi is fast. The view is great, suitable for we are those like taking photo. Welcoming friendly by ilham

Very clean and great service from hotel staff

I didn't know much about The Zuri, What i know with grand. but all low expectation are wrong. I get cold welcome and good room for by biz trip. So far i like it and when i am doing breakfast, the food are amazing . I love it and hope next time i can enjoy the swimming pool and night in pool side. that the zuri pekanbaru for the experience.

The Hotel was very clean and welcoming staff, is in a very well location near to 3 Malls. Totally Recommended to Go and Stay there.

屬於新開的飯店,有幾項優點
1. 在百貨商場後方,購物十分便利
2. 床及棉被清潔度還不錯,好睡(可能是新開的緣故)
3. 早餐樣式很多
但是有幾項缺點
1. 隔音不良,可以很清楚地聽到門外及隔壁的聲音
2. 房內沐浴只有提供品質一般般的三合一清潔劑(洗臉/洗髮/沐浴一體),還是得自帶比較好
3. 飯店提供的浴巾/毛巾都有很重的化學合成香精味,個人是無法接受
4. 餐廳座位不多且擁擠,會讓人擁有緊迫及不好的用餐的體驗
5. 有免費wifi,但是速度慢,連看個youtube都會停頓

Overall the hotel looks well maintained and still new however food choices in the breakfast need to be more provided i.e Oriental/Chinese food.
