It served its purpose. It was a tiny room in a good location. Some staff was great while others were rude.
Pros:

The location was good.

Cons:

Some of the staff was rude. You never knew when you would get someone nice or someone rude. Breakfast was overcooked. The elevators were tiny.

Pros:

The best breakfast options in any hotel I've ever stayed in. Great location. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Definitely the one-ply toilet paper needs to be replaced. On my last night, there was no hot water. I waited until 9:30 then I had to hop into the shower and wash my hair with very cold water.

I like the location and that it was close to the event I was attending.

Cons:

I didn’t like how the water pressure; it was jumping at times. I didn’t understand why. Also they were working on the room next to mine so it was loud noises early in the morning which should’ve been a disclaimer about.

My stay overall was fine. I would stay here again. I would just make sure to not get a room with blacked out windows.
Pros:

Location was perfect! It was clean, the staff were professional and courteous.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t care for was that my room had the windows blacked out. I couldn’t see outside. It made it a tad bit claustrophobic. But since I was only staying one night I didn’t make the effort to change my room. I’m assuming that not all the rooms were like that.

Pros:

Das Hotel lag sehr Zentral. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war super, mega Auswahl und immer sehr reichlich. Der WLAN Empfang war auch sehr gut im Zimmer.

Cons:

Wir hatten zum Glück eine Suite gebucht, es war schon alles recht eng.

This hotel is the best Value in Atlanta. This is always my first choice and I recommend this hotel!
Pros:

Staff is amazing, kind, and accomodating. Rooms were incredibly clean and cleaners work hard. Breakfast bar is great with many choices. Will stay again.

Cons:

I don't like the lack of self parking. The valets are very nice, but it would be nice to have the option. It would be great if you could have a contract with a nearby parking garage.

I would stay again but would request a room not facing the noisy street!
Pros:

The room was comfy. Breakfast was great but the street noise at night was horrible because of the extremely loud motorcycles revving their engines. I couldn’t sleep at all as each time was about to fall asleep somebody revved her/his motorbike just outside the hotel. That was the ONLY but very annoying problem. Triple glazing may be or thicker windows??

Road noise at night was horrific!!
