GREAT STAFF.
Pros:

All the staff we encountered were great , they went above and beyond.I left my Stanley Cup on the counter upon check in , they had it at the counter when I came down the next morning.

Cons:

The one elevator shook when you went up in it , I just avoided that one.

Breakfast was great.

Cons:

I had a very bad experience with the service provided from the hotel staff. Arrived at the hotel 1.5h after check in and they said my room was unclean and not ready. They told me they will call me 45 minutes- 1 hour when it is ready. Over an hour passed and no call, so I called the hotel to find out what was happening. The lady over the phone was very rude and disinterested in what I had to say. She said they had no reservations under my name, I proceeded to confirm the spelling of my name and still nothing. Eventually after some back and forth she said “your room is ready” with an attitude and then put the phone down before I could say anything else.

I liked how clean it was and spacious

Cons:

My check in experience was horrible . I arrived to the hotel over an hour after check in time at 5:05 pm and my room was not ready . I seen people get checked in before me and I had an event I had to attend in one hour within getting there . I am very upset that I had to rush and get ready and that there were no rooms available and I had to wait almost 45 minutes for my room to be ready.
