Loved our stay!
Pros:

The room was spacious and sparkling clean. Staff was exceptionally helpful.

Cons:

The only thing is there is no AC. It wasn't much of a problem fan was provided.

Pros:

The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable.
The staff were all friendly, enthusiastic and attentive.
Mark on the front desk and Ita in the restaurant made our stay memorable and could not do enough for us. Thanks guys

Best staff ever
Pros:

Booked here for a family event.
Lovely hotel, met all our needs. Food was good and plentiful. Staff were amazing. They really looked after us and went out of their way too. Would recommend to all.

Location for what we needed was excellent, food and service was excellent and very welcoming!
Pros:

The staff were very nice and kind towards my kids and made then feel at ease.

Cons:

The only minor issue was when the room upstairs had a shower (we think) it made a noise in our room which was loud initially but then died down but it definately didnt impact on our stay

Customer service beyond compare!
Pros:

The entire staff were exceptional but one member stands out above the rest, Megan at the front desk. Don’t get me wrong, everyone was by far the politest, cheery, professional staff (including those in the restaurant) we have met for sometime. Megan really surprised us. She arranged for cooling my medicines which had to be refrigerated which was unexpected. I was sure I’d have to come up with my own solution. But where she really impressed is when we looked for postcards to send to family members (collectors) all over town without any luck, she actually MADE some for us! Most shocked I’ve been ever!

Cons:

No elevator but they offer to carry up to the top floor (2 stories.)
