Ola de calor sin AC

Es un buen hotel con personal muy agradable y entregado, está muy limpio y es recomendable.

Cons:

Mi valoración se debe a que desafortunadamente hubo una ola de calor excesivo en Alemania y el hotel no tenía aire acondicionado ni nevera en la habitación. Entiendo que en Alemania es normal que no haya aire acondicionado en las instalaciones pero dado el inminente cambio climático es algo que deben de plantearse para seguir atendiendo al público.
Tampoco se podía abrir las ventanas porque la temperatura en el exterior era muy alta. La verdad es que, en mi caso particular, ha sido una pesadilla sin poder dormir en 4 días.
De nuevo repito que el hotel es bonito, muy limpio, desayuno muy bueno, y personal atento y agradable. Espero no dañar la reputación del hotel, simplemente sugerir la instalación de AC para que no le vuelva a ocurrir a otros clientes en el futuro.

Sehr gute Lage, ein paar Minuten Fußweg zur Altstadt. Vielfältiges Frühstück. Das Zimmer wurde als sehr kleines Zimmer angegeben, was wir absolut nicht bestätigen konnten.

Pros:

Freundlicher Empfang, Zimmer war gemütlich und sauber. Das Bad ebenso. Tolle Lage zur Altstadt und zum Bahnhof.
Dieses Hotel kann ich jedem empfehlen. Das Frühstück war gut und vielfältig. Preisleistung nicht überteuert in der heutigen Zeit.
