Good location
Pros:

The hotel's location is great; it's accessible by subway. The only inconvenience is that after 10 PM, you need to contact the front desk to get in.

Cons:

The hotel was absolutely far below my expectations. The rooms were very dirty, extremely cold, and there was a heavy bad smell. The staff were not friendly at all. As soon as I entered the room, I told them it was cold. Even though I had already paid for the room, I said I could not stay there and asked for a refund, but they clearly refused to give my money back.

After that, I cancelled the reservation through Booking.com. Booking informed me that half of the amount I paid would be refunded. However, since I paid in cash, the hotel did not return my money. I had to leave the hotel without getting my refund.

Because of this bad experience, I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

Clean and cozy environment. There was no noise in the corridors or in other rooms. The room is clean and has all the necessary things you might need. Many thanks to all three receptionists. They are polite and attentive.🙏🏼

Началось все с хамского отношения персонала, который на мою просьбу поменять номер на другой, сказал мне, что это самый лучший номер, которого я достоен... в номере было холодно, отопление работало так себе, матрац был жестким и старым, двери из тонкого дсп - поэтому слышно все, что происходит в коридоре. Естественно я не стал заселяться и попросил возврат, но мне отказались вернуть деньги. Не ждите гуманного отношения к себе, поведение персонала как а дешевой советской гостинице. Это место не спасает даже расположение ( внутри вокзала ,если у вас ранний поезд) за такие деньги.
