Terrible exsperience. Booked a two night stay and left after first night. Unable to get refund

Brady was great, I hope I don’t get bed bugs.
Pros:

Good location, wonderful staff, Brady was wonderful. I couldn’t acknowledge him enough. Top tier customer service.

Cons:

The elevator was out during our stay, we had to climb 5 flights of stairs the entire time. Up, down, up, down. It was so inconvenient as I am disabled. The breakfast was so outdated and poor quality, not that of the staffs fault, the equipment was faulty and rusted. Needed updating. My room too was outdated and needed help. Sheet rock repair and messy crack repairs. Whew! Not great.

Erin at the front desk was very friendly and helpful

Cons:

The elevator was down and your husband his disabled stairs are a problem. We made it work for one night.

I got charges more money then I had to.
Pros:

I likes that the place was clean and location.

Cons:

I got charged for 3 nights and I was there only for 2 nights, they didn’t have the room that asked for, and this made it uncomfortable to sleep.

I will stay there again.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Everything was perfect.
Eddie May and Connie were great!!!

Cons:

I will never book with 3rd party (Hotels.com). Had family emergency and since I booked 3rd party no changes I had to waste a nights stay. The hotel was apologetic but it was out of their hands.

Holes in the ceiling, toilet was yellow like it had not been cleaned, outlets did not work or work broken, elevator was broken and we were put in the 5th floor, charged more than was we booked the room for.

Pros:

Cons:

Elevators down so I was unable to get the room I wanted because I was having a major surgery & couldn’t walk up or down the stairs. Pool was closed.
