Friendly service, spotless stay, and a beautiful view ✨
Pros:

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were super friendly and professional, always happy to help. The towels were really nice and soft, and the white bedding made the room feel extra clean and fresh. Speaking of clean, the whole place was spotless. They also have motorcycle rentals right there, which made getting around really easy. The view from the hotel is beautiful and added a nice touch to the stay. I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re visiting the area!

Phòng có góc view ngắm thành phố và cảnh bình minh rất đẹp. Nếu hên thì buổi sáng chỉ cần đứng ở cửa sổ cũng có thể ngắm mây, không cần đi săn mây ở xa.

A peaceful stay done right

Tuve una estancia maravillosa en Da Lat en este hotel. La habitación estaba limpia, cómoda y bien preparada cuando llegué. El personal fue muy amable y servicial. También me gustó el ambiente tranquilo, que hizo fácil relajarse. La ubicación era conveniente para explorar la zona. En general, fue una experiencia muy agradable.

Great value and relaxing stay

Pros:

L'hôtel offre une vue incroyable sur Dalat ,
La chambre est spacieuse , les lits sont confortables
L'accueil et le service de l'hôtel sont irréprochables , service de navette très pratique .

Cons:

-Contrairement aux autres établissements au Vietnam , ici aucuns renseignements ( publicité , conseils ...) sur les attractions du secteur , peut être est ce un établissement d'attirer et non de tourisme ?

-Problème de conception des salles de bains , impossible ici de ne pas inonder la pièce à chaque douche .

-contrairement a certains commentaires lus , l'emplacement est assez excentré de la rue du marché et des autres attractions , l'utilisation de Grab est indispensable .

-nous avons eu une chambre en rez de chaussée , outre la vue bien moins exceptionnelle que dans les étages supérieurs , nos fenêtres donnaient sur une terrasse sur laquelle les clients viennent fumer ( étant non fumeur avec des enfants ... ) et surtout sur cette terrasse se trouve un générateur électrique qui démarre de temps à autre dans un bruit pas vraiment agréable pour la chambre occupée .

Excellent service and friendly staff
Pros:

The biggest highlight of the hotel is the extremely friendly and professional staff. All my requests were handled promptly. The room was clean, with fresh bedding, and the bathroom was spotless. The free Wi-Fi had a very good speed, suitable for business travelers. I would rate this hotel as having good service quality and worth returning to.

Nicer places closer to the central city
Pros:

The staff were helpful and very friendly

Cons:

Our room had a really damp and musty smell. The walls are paper thin that you can hear absolutely everything through them. Breakfast is not catered at all towards western food, limited options even if you are not a fussy eater. “Deluxe double” room was too tiny to even suggest the word “deluxe”
